Lovely weekend retreat

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We loved all the games and activities available from bikes to hot tub. One of our guests camper broke down in the driveway and the property management team was very understanding with excellent communication.

Location was excellent and the house was fully equipped

We stayed here in order to go up to the Pine Observatory and see the stars. The house was great! It was very clean and the three master bedrooms were perfect for my husband and me, his dad and our son. Everything was easy and the Property Manager was great.

Warbler 12

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the house. Kitchen is very well stacked, and I even found spices in the cupboard. The whole place is top-notch and we will come back to that place for sure ! 😁

This house was the perfect size for 4 adults and one teenager. (Could have squeezed in a couple others if needed). The house had just about everything you couple possibly need. The photos to not do this house justice. The main photo listed is actually of the back of the house. Very nice and cozy. Would stay here again. Would suggest stocking extra paper towels, kitchen trash bags and liquid hand soap in the kitchen/bathrooms. Everything else was amazing.

We enjoyed the house! It was very clean, smelled good and had all the necessary cooking items. They provided spices and cooking oils to use. The loft was great for my girls. Thank you!

Comfortable home on quiet street, well equipped kitchen. Loved the location closer to the village and river trails, one of our favorite places we have stayed in at Sunriver, a great place to stay at a reasonable price for all it has to offer.

Great home

This was a great home and served us as a home base to explore the area. 3 private suites that were perfect for us. We enjoyed the bikes and proximity to the trails. My only complaint was the one spare roll of toilet paper left for us. We ended up buying our own.

We had a great family Christmas celebration at warbler 12. We liked the privacy and separation between all of the bedrooms. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable. The bedding was especially cozy. The only drawback was the size of the kitchen. It’s well equipped with everything we needed but a bit small overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hayley Pletcher, I want to thank you for helping us with this past week's stay at Sunriver. All six of us enjoyed the vacation. The welcome card and bottle of wine was appreciated. I want to report some issues with this property at 12 Warbler in Sunriver, Oregon: 1- In downstairs bathroom #1 the TP holder would not stay fastened to the wall. Needs replacement. 2- Also in this bathroom the shower sprays onto the floor, and there was a canopied in the shower upon arrival. 3- In bedroom #2 downstairs, the drawers in the dresser fall down to the floor when opened 1/2 way. The drawer guides need replacement or adjustment. 4- We found spiders in this bedroom. And the screen door in bedroom #2 falls off when opened. Easier to not use this route to the hot tub. 5- The white coffee maker is trash. It was not cleaned after last use and the grounds were hard to remove. Need to discard it. 6- Wi-Fi was intermittent and had to be reinstalled each day. 7- The BBQ had not been completely cleaned so only the center of the grill was useable. Could cook 2 hot dogs at a time, but not 3 or 4 stakes, so we only used it once for five minutes when it ran out of propane. So we did not use it again. With a call to your office it was explained that there is a spare tank in the garage. This is the third attempt to sending you this info.

Could not get the living room CD ( music ) or DVD player to work. Says they were disconnected. Strongly suggest providing directions to the equipment that does work. It would be simple to provide. Also getting picky but a reading lamp in the living room would be nice. Staff were available and accomodating. Will use the company again.
