Cute and comfortable
Lovely one bedroom with an amazing mattress after a hard day of skiing. The keyless entry was so welcome after years of standing in line waiting for keys via Snowshoe. The fireplace was lovely with firewood building right outside of the door. Easy walk to slopes and the bus comes in front of the condo. I love not having to ride the big crowded bus. It rained most of the visit but hope to use the spacious deck for more than housing my cooler next trip. Cleaning crew left much to be desired but I get that staffing is short and I always travel with Clorox wipes and just rewashed all of the dishes that were put away with food caked on them.

Nice place
The place was as advertised and we had a nice visit. Easy check-in with code lock is a huge plus. This was our first time to Snowshoe and just want to give a heads up for those in the same boat. The mountain is set up uniquely in that you start at the top and take the lifts back up. There is a central village area and the places to stay along the road. This place is not at the main village area and when there is snow, you can ski in and out but for our stay there wasn't snow so we had to drive or take the bus to the main area in order to ski. Also, if you have a young or inexperienced skier, it appears that it may still be difficult to ski in and out as you have to go down a run to get to the bunny slopes.

Not Really Well Maintained
The location was great, but the property isn't well maintained. Several lights didn't work (two in entryway, two in kitchen), the snow shovel provided was split in half (which proved difficult for shoveling the snow), some outlets in the kitchen didnt work, one pillow had blood stains on it, and the heater occasionally goes out/creates an extremely loud screeching noise from the entryway vent for about 5-7mins that indicates that something needs to be repaired. Highly recommend the portfolio company increase/improve their maintenance periodicity. Communication with the property manager wasn't possible due to the spotty cell service and slow wifi (this is a problem that is well communicated in the listing and wasn't unexpected - it just makes resolution of any issue impossible.)

I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. While we recognize that our service may not have met your expectations, we truly wish you had been able to reach out to us during your visit so we could have addressed these concerns promptly. Although cell service is limited in the area, our WiFi has reliably allowed guests to contact us for any assistance, whether for minor or major issues.
Following your departure, we discovered and immediately resolved the lighting issues and replaced the broken shovel. We deeply regret the oversight with the stained pillowcase—our linens are rented, and while we strive to catch any imperfections before use, this one was unfortunately missed. Had we been made aware, we would have replaced it right away.
Regarding the noise from the entryway vent, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are now aware of the issue and have scheduled someone to assess and resolve it.
Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously strive to improve our guest experience. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
