Ideal for 6 people, this apartment of about 105 m², air-conditioned, is located on the 2nd and3rd floor without elevator of a typical building of La Ciotat in the heart of the old town.

The decoration is resolutely modern, refined, brightened by the many plants. There is a spirit, a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that you will appreciate.

On the first level is the living room with its generous volumes that make it very pleasant to live. Several spaces are available to you: living room with its comfortable corner sofa, dining area, open kitchen, desk area, a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The sleeping area located on the same level, and separate, offers 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with beds of 90x200 and the second with a bunk bed with a bed of 90x200 and one of 140 x 200. Both are equipped with closets, mirrors, desk area and recent quality bedding.



On the upper floor is the3rd air-conditioned bedroom which is a special room for several reasons. First of all its volume with the zenith ceiling, part of the floor is made of glass to let natural light pass through the lower floor. But above all, the set of bay windows directly overlooking the large terrace. It's a favorite piece.

Obviously equipped with a large wardrobe, two single beds that can be grouped on request, recent and quality bedding.

On this same level is a pretty shower room with toilet.



The terrace offers one of the most typical views of La Ciotat mixing sea views, the wrought iron bell tower of the Ciotaden museum, the famous large portico of the shipyard and the roofs of the old town. Take advantage of the summer kitchen to share grills or aperitifs with your loved ones.



It is the perfect place to fully enjoy the sweetness of Ciotadenne life with the night market in summer, the typical Provencal market every Tuesday, the fresh fish stalls of fishermen on the beautifully renovated quays and totally pedestrian in summer.

Forget your vehicle, you can access on foot all the pleasures of La Ciotat: The creeks of Mugel and Figuerolles, the beaches, the old port, the old town, its restaurants and shops.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly traversed along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a typical building without elevator.

Arrival times: 16h -19h, departure time: 9h - 11h. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
