4 bedroom 3 bathroom single level home includes 2 Master Suites, a spacious open floor plan (kitchen, dining and living room) with separate den area complete with very comfortable furnishings. 2 separate patio areas with plenty of outdoor furnishings for relaxing or dining. Basketball hoop and lawn areas at the home for children to play. Only 1 block to the outdoor pool and 2 sandy beaches. Includes use of boat moorage, secure boat trailer parking, all resort amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise facility, mini-golf, on-site watercraft rentals, tennis/pickle ball courts, volleyball, basketball, horse shoe pit, playground equipment and children's activity center).

Well-stocked kitchen, great WiFi, comfortable beds with many options for pillows and blankets. Open layout. Not on the lake (one row above), but short walking distance to HOA swimming pool and swimming area in the lake. Quiet community.

Peaceful home with great views and amenities

We had a great time at this house in Wapato Point. Great amenities with a lot of great activities for our small children and adults alike. Loved the beach, pedal boats, pool, playground and seeing all the cute birds and quail specifically. Bonnie was very responsive. Well stocked kitchen and linens.

Great walking neighborhood

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The kitchen was very well equipped. There only 2 issues. We could not use thermostat to make the house a bit warmer so it was a bit cold in the morning. Also, the oven door did not close all the way. Some things we need to over for did not cook right.

Spring Break Family Time

Great location and beautiful home. We hosted the 4 grandkids (2 from the West Side and 2 from the East Side) in the bunkbed room. They all loved being together… thanks for providing books and board games. Adults had spacious rooms (bed rooms & big laundry room) the kitchen was perfect for hanging out, cooking and dining. We also took advantage of using the indoor pool.

Spacious home

We enjoyed our stay. We have 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The separate living area was nice for the kids to each get their own space. There is a slight view of the water between the two homes in front of the vacation home. Short drive to the pool house. Tons of room in the house. There weren't many directions so we didn't know we had to register to get a pool key but we figured it out. Some of the window shades in the mater bedroom are broken so we may have given the neighbors a show while changing.

This is such a beautiful home with everything we need. Few minutes walk to private beach and rental activities. Check-in process is smooth. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful home on the Point!

This was the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this home. It’s clean, bright, equipped with everything you could need (except beach chairs and lake toys….bring your own). It’s just a short walk to the beach park, and an even shorter walk to the neighborhood pool. Wapato Point is a magical place for my family; we’ve been coming here since 1985, and I’m thrilled to be back with my children and grandchildren. This home makes our vacation even more special!

The best home to stay in to bond with family. So accomodating!

We gathered in this home for a destination wedding at Karma Vineyards. Highly recommend Karma, such a great wedding venue. The home was so warm and inviting for those who traveled from afar. Great place to bond with visiting family, yet gave everybody their space since it is so huge! still ha

Beautiful house!

This was our 4th time staying in this home and our family loves it! We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to be back again for our annual family vacation! The house has everything you need! The living space is large and spacious, large windows, big kitchen and spacious bedrooms! Bonnie is very responsive and so kind and always willing to help for any questions we have!

Excellent!

Our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler were very comfortable in this lovely, clean home. There is plenty of space for larger groups as well as an accommodating kitchen. The beds are comfy too! There is plenty to do at the resort for tots, teens and adults. We had an amazing stay and would love to return. A huge thank you to Bonnie for your consideration for my son with special needs!

Perfect weekend on the lake

We were a group of 2 families with all ages of kids. The house has so much room and so many places to sleep. There were several roll away beds available too for extra sleeping. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cooking oils and everything you need to make meals. The beach is only a block away and easy to get our whole group together to walk there and back. We love Wapato Point to get away from the crowds and we will come back to this house for sure.
