Place was awesome, everyone had their on space. Close to everything but out of all the traffic. Security doesn’t mess around either, they check to make sure the right people are coming in, with kids, we felt very safe.

The dishes were mostly dirty when we arrived, but everything else went super well! It is REALLY hot upstairs so be prepared for that. It would then get randomly cold at night. The pool being heated was GREAT. The grill worked just fine and there was plenty of space for everyone.

The gouse was great, however there was no toilet paper or paper towel there when we got there. Few things were broken, but all in all it was a great place! Good communication throughout the whole process.I will say though, the gaurds at the gate are absolute jerks to guests. Terrible with people.

Everything was in great condition. The toaster didn’t seem to be working properly but a new one was delivered as soon as we contacted host. The pool was great—nice and warm even on cooler days. The beds were very comfortable although some were rather squeaky. The kids had a great time in the game room. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, silverware, plates, and pots and pans. The rooms were nice and roomy although a few more towel racks in the bathroom would be great. I would also suggest a simple, inexpensive improvement. Hooks on the back of doors (bedroom and bathroom) would be very helpful. Nothing to do with the house, but the resort needs to fix the entrance problem. Waiting a half hour or more just to get in the resort was very frustrating
