My family and I just had an incredible stay at this magnificent home conveniently located near Universal Studios and Disney World. Each room offered a unique theme, making it feel like a magical adventure. The open and spacious first floor featured a casual dining area in the kitchen(bar) and a formal dining space that was perfect for elegant meals.The comfortable living room was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor area with sitting area for gathering with grill and a heated pool with hot tub was a fantastic place to unwind. The game room, complete with a pool table and arcade games, not to mention for the littles a little tykes car (“definitely not expected”) was a major hit for everyone.While we did face a minor issue, the owner was exceptionally responsive and addressed our needs promptly. She provided a refund for the days we had pool and hot tub issues, showcasing her dedication to customer service.Overall, this experience was one of the best I've had in a vacation rental in Orlando. The combination of a beautiful home and outstanding hospitality makes it a place I can’t wait to return to. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

House was very nice and equipped. Everything seemed freshly cleaned. The only thing I didn’t realize before booking is the game room did not have air. It was pretty warm in there at all times. I also didn’t realize in order to have the hot tub warm we’d have to pay to heat the pool. The property owners were great very responsive on all questions.

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Magical Villa, highly recommend! The host is extremely responsive and helpful answering all of our questions promptly! The house was gorgeous and had alittle something for everyone! We didn’t even use the resort much because we had everything we needed right at the house with an amazing pool and spa to ourselves! A group of 11 of us stayed here and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also beautiful common areas to hang out together too. Extremely clean as well!!! We will be back for sure!

Clean, beautiful and amazing place to stay

We had a fantastic experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The home had all the amenities we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal – close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with the host was excellent: they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Spot on...

We are undecided whether to describe the house as the cherry on the cake or the main reason that we could enjoy our holiday so much, but in a nutshell the house was spot on. Coming home after day-tripping, relaxing indoors after a day at the pool or just having a slow morning before heading out was a pleasure. I could not have appreciated how much having a safe, clean, superbly equipped, comfortable, modern, capacious, family orientated, value for money, smartly decorated space would make to our holiday. There were some great little details too; the “Guest View touchscreen by the front door was informative, easy to use and lent to a “professional” feel. Some simple supplies like dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, dishcloths, bin bags, laundry detergent, hotel style toiletries etc. created the right balance of ‘competently run accommodation business’ and ‘home from home’. We wanted for nothing in terms of tools and appliances to run ‘normal family life’; a brilliant top loader washing machine and matching tumble dryer, a hoover (you simply cannot have 4 children in a house for ten days and not expect to do some light housework I’m sad to report!), an air fryer, coffee machine, toaster oven, loads of crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils, large “American style” fridge freezer with ice maker, laundry baskets, daily trash collection. Everything was in perfect working order and provided the convenience and comfort you’re after when booking a house over a hotel.

4th of July Retreat

This property has everything you need. Pool towels and all the tools you can think of to cook with. We added pool heat and the spa could have been warmer but it was comfortable. The property is .5 miles from the clubhouse and in July heat walking was not an option - not too difficult to find a space near the resort pool. What stood out in this property was cleanliness, quick responses to almost every request, and the quality of kitchen items. We noticed large lights on the pool deck that we could not get to come on and this was not addressed. The presence of an air fryer in the kitchen more than made up for it! If this company offers additional properties, we would certainly consider staying again, but don’t like to repeat locations.

Wonderful place to stay!

Brigitte is very easy to communicate with. She even sent things to us that were going on at the clubhouse. She kept in contact such an amazing experience. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we really enjoyed as a family of seven. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We have been going to Florida for 10 years and this was the best place we have ever stayed and the best communication ever. We will book with her again! Thank you so much!!

Easy peasy

This home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. My kids loved the starwars themed game room as well as the books and play area upstairs. The neighborhood clubhouse is really gorgeous! Brigitte was very responsive and easy to plan with. Thanks again!

Great experience

The house was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean and ready for guests. Pool heat was on and comfortable, display screen at entry was very informative, and check-in and out were the easiest I’ve ever experienced! We needed to request a late check out due to an airline issue and it was granted with no issues and no charge if out before noon. The property manager was always quick to respond to respond to any questions and was happy to help find my granddaughter’s bedtime books we left behind and ship back to us! The beds were super comfy, we all felt very safe there and the resort area was vey nice! We would definitely return. We were only there for 5 nights and two of our days were park days. If we were there longer and could have used the resort more then it would have really been nice to have a golf cart for transportation. Parking was very limited at clubhouse and although it was walkable, it would have been a long walk for older and younger members of the group.

Winter getaway

Our group of 9 had a lovely time at this amazing villa…Brigitte, the property owner, was amazing and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this house! Our group made many memories that will last us a lifetime. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was clean and beautiful! Everything was exactly as the pictures showed and everything that was stated plus more!
