➖Bedroom 3: the spacious loft features two twin beds and two handy trundle twin beds (it's an open space with railings, but super charming and roomy – our guests love it!).
➖The loft has a sweet little upper deck (with a child-safe lock). You'll also discover a basket of games, the arcade, and the foosball table up there!
➖Easy & convenient bathrooms: enjoy two en-suite bathrooms, one of which also opens to the hallway.
➖Cozy up to our fireplace with its electric log for warmth and ambiance.
➖Our kitchen is thoughtfully fully stocked with most of the cooking, baking, and serving items you're used to (just bring your groceries!).
➖The coffee bar offers options for everyone: a french press, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine.
➖A brand new washer & dryer is available for your convenience, along with an iron and ironing board.
➖Use the free Chargepoint electric vehicle charger in your parking spot.
➖We have reliable city water service, and easy access with paved, well-maintained city roads.
➖Please, no parties and no smoking at our lovely cabin! We kindly ask that you keep it relaxed and enjoy your stay while respecting the space.
➖Our resort has a strict no-pets policy. While we understand you love your furry companions, please make arrangements for their care elsewhere during your visit.

➖Please note there is a set of stairs to access the front deck and cabin entrance.

Other things to note:
➖For security, we have Ring cameras on either side of the cabin facing the street. They record motion and may be reviewed.
➖Being nestled in the Smoky Mountains, you'll experience the beauty of nature! While we have regular pest control, you might encounter the occasional insect, especially our friendly ladybug visitors.
➖Be bear aware and respectful of wildlife. Bears are primarily interested in food and trash, so please do not leave these items unattended on the decks.
➖To help keep our bear neighbors at a distance, please keep all garbage bags inside the cabin until you're ready to place them in the secured "bear bin" near your parking area.
