THE PORCH. Located just across the street from Memorial Stadium this newly renovated, IU themed home is a dream weekend getaway and tailgate space!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental with a sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 8. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware and dish ware for all of your tailgate needs.

Hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Granite countertops. Ample bar and sofa seating. A 55" flat screen. Washer and dryer. Private parking. Cable and Wifi included!

Fabulous host, great communication, very clean house and the LOCATION is exceptional for an IU game!!! If you are in town for an IU game and want to tailgate with bathrooms and amenities this is the place for you. Rented this for a Dad's weekend and it did not disappoint, all of us had a fabulous time and we look forward to renting again next year!! Please re-hang "The Porch" sign though...we missed that! Thank you for everything!

Great place in a great location

We stayed here with some friends for the IU-Michigan game. The location could not be better, you can literally see the stadium from the front porch. Speaking of, it was really fun to sit out there on game day and chat with all the people walking by. One of our friends also went to the basketball game the next day, and of course it was also only a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Last game of the season

Great atmosphere for an IU basketball fan. Perfect distance for Alumni to walk down memory lane, on and off campus. My wife and her friend are Alumni and realized 25 years later it’s harder to finish a AMF at Upstairs, if you know you know.

Birthday Weekend

Fabulous house with everything IU in it. The location was perfect for attending the IU/Army basketball game. Loved the fact that there was good outdoor space for groups to gather, and plenty of room inside to put a 6 foot table for food. Only wish you had a broom to sweep up, but we made due with paper towels. Otherwise, PERFECT! We will definitely recommend your house to others and rent again! Thank you! Go Hoosiers!!!

Great Property for Hoosier Games!

This is a great fun property. We were in town to move our freshmen in for his first year. Hotels were all booked so I happened on this listing and I'm glad I did. It's close to campus - especially close to the football stadium. The inside is really well done with a nice great room/kitchen/bar area with tons of IU decor. There were only two of us so we only used the downstairs which had a nice king size bed. Upstairs was another nice bedroom. The "third bedroom" is very tight. Entry door for BR 3 is inside the second bedroom so it could be a privacy issue if you have couples. The only complaint I have is it wasn't super clean. Based on other reviews and the overall condition of the house, I'm guessing this is an anomaly. It was not something that distracted from our stay. We will rent again!

Perfect

This house is exactly as described and more. You can see the football stadium from the front porch. Parking is easy. There are coin laundry machines available in an adjacent secured entry in the back of the property. They had a large candy jar and complimentary basket of chip bags waiting for us. Kids loved it. The home was clean and open. Appliances are newer. King bed unit on main floor. 1 Queen bed and a closet nook w twins upstairs. Both bathroom are on main floor. Both have showers. It’s not a big deal but They don’t have cable. They have Samsung TV which doesn’t get you prime time/regular sports games. They do have a big smart tv so you can log into apps that you may subscribe to. Josh was very responsive to inquiries. We will be back. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our time here. It is a great location for football season—easy 5 minute walk to stadium. Host was very communicative, and we had everything we needed.

Great Management Team

This was my second time staying at this property. What a fun place... It's very close to football and basketball and a pleasant 15 minute walk to Kirkwood. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, but most importantly the management team is great. I've had to change my stay dates several times and every time I got quick replies and they were able to meet my requests. Top notch and makes the customer feel valued. Thank you!

Amazing Rental

We rented for Graduation and it was the perfect spot. Great place to have other graduate families to stop by for a bite after graduation while traffic dies down. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect rental for Mother's Weekend Fun

A couple of us mothers rented The Porch so we'd have a gathering place for other mom's to join up before meeting with our sons. The Porch was perfect for "hanging" out (literally on the porch), a few cocktails and kickback relaxation. Lots of mingling room, well equipped, excellent TV in the social area to play music.

On the open main floor of the home you can find a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, bar space and ample sofa seating to watch any game on the cable equipped flat screen. A master bedroom just off the main space has a private, stocked bathroom. Washer and dryer are also located on the main floor as is the second bathroom. The upstairs of the home has 2 bedrooms. Off of the side entrance, there is private parking space. Off the front is a what gives us our name, a spacious deck with views of Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall - THE PORCH.
