Stepping through the front door of this seaside retreat, you will instantly feel at home. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo adorned in a soothing blue and white coastal color palette is the perfect space to relax and unwind.

The newly remodeled, farmhouse style kitchen, complete with shiplap walls, creates the perfect space to cook a tasty dish after a day by the sandy shoreline. Finished off with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and natural stone countertops, this kitchen has it all.

Exit through the slider to find a lovely patio space fenced in to provide the upmost privacy. Enjoy a glass of wine or dinner al fresco on this cozy lanai. Through the gate, a pathway will lead you to the pool and shower location perfect for rinsing off after a day of sand and sun.

Just off the dining area sits the downstairs full bathroom complete with a tiled walk in shower, vanity, and stackable washer and dryer.

Walking up the stairs you will discover the recently installed LVP flooring in both bedrooms and the hallway. The master bedroom is complete with white washed furniture, a queen sized bed, blue and white floral bedding, and a flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open up to a private balcony overlooking the pool area.

Just across the hall lies the second bedroom furnished with a queen size bed as well as a twin bed and a flat screen TV. The shared bathroom down the hall offers a shower/tub combo and vanity.

In addition to the wonderful townhomes, Fernandina Shores offers numerous amenities. A large pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse are all located within this immaculately kept community. The beach is just a short stroll from these magnificent properties. A 2-minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge. Fort Clinch and Historic/Downtown Fernandina are also just a short drive away.
