Stepping through the front door of this seaside retreat, you will instantly feel at home. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo adorned in a soothing blue and white coastal color palette is the perfect space to relax and unwind.

The spacious living area offers a large brown sofa, two recliners, and a flat screen TV. Natural light streams in through the large window onto the coastal LVP flooring which runs throughout the entire first level. Palm themed décor along with many other coastal embellishments set the stage for the entire condo.

Continuing to the kitchen and dining area, you will find a glass top table with high back wicker chairs providing seating for four. The newly remodeled, farmhouse style kitchen, complete with shiplap walls, creates the perfect space to cook a tasty dish after a day by the sandy shoreline. Finished off with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and natural stone countertops, this kitchen has it all.

Exit through the slider to find a lovely patio space fenced in to provide the upmost privacy. Enjoy a glass of wine or dinner al fresco on this cozy lanai. Through the gate, a pathway will lead you to the pool and shower location perfect for rinsing off after a day of sand and sun.

Just off the dining area sits the downstairs full bathroom complete with a tiled walk in shower, vanity, and stackable washer and dryer.

Walking up the stairs you will discover the recently installed LVP flooring in both bedrooms and the hallway. The master bedroom is complete with white washed furniture, a queen sized bed, blue and white floral bedding, and a flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open up to a private balcony overlooking the pool area.

Just across the hall lies the second bedroom furnished with a queen size bed as well as a twin bed and a flat screen TV. The shared bathroom down the hall offers a shower/tub combo and vanity.

In addition to the wonderful townhomes, Fernandina Shores offers numerous amenities. A large pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse are all located within this immaculately kept community. The beach is just a short stroll from these magnificent properties. A 2-minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge. Fort Clinch and Historic/Downtown Fernandina are also just a short drive away.

We were in town for a wedding and this was available. It was clean and comfortable for us all. It is pet friendly and we brought our two dogs as well. Super close to the beach and a short drive to town.

Great Getaway at Fernandina Beach!

We really enjoyed staying at this Fernandina Shores condo. It’s close proximity to the beach and the well appointed condo that had everything we needed were two of the reasons that we would stay here again. It is also close to downtown Fernandina Beach and plenty of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and of course cute ice cream places. The best part is that our Cavadoodle Rusty was welcome here! We will definitely be back.

Dog beach trip

Great location! Everything was dog friendly! The property had a place to walk your dog and the beach allowed dogs! It was our first trip to the beach with a dog and it was perfect!

The property was very well maintained and we felt right at home. Bonus for being pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable and the owners did a great job updating. We absolutely loved the private beach access.

Perfectly clean & convenient location

This was our first pet friendly vacay rental and honestly we were worried it was going to smell like a pet friendly rental, but it was perfectly clean & fresh! A short walk to the beach and appointed with everything we needed. We would book again.

Very welcoming!

Had a great experience! We were running in a half marathon and the host were sweet enough to let us keep our cars parked in the spots even after checkout. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming!!

Great location to walk to the beach. Very quiet beach area. House was very clean and up to date; decorated very cute. (Carpet on stairs needs cleaning). Supplies were plentiful and great starter pack of supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful time!

We stayed last August and everything about the trip was wonderful. The property was in a quiet, peaceful location, accurately described, and we loved the decor. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was quick, we easily walked back for lunch. I only needed to message the host once, but got a quick response. We would definitely come back again!

First Time Visiting

Amelia Island is lovely. The AIG team are outstanding. They are quick to respond, professional and so pleasant. The townhouse was exactly as described- very enjoyable. We were five minutes from the beach, easy walk to downtown, close to restaurants. I also found an awesome yoga studio owned and operated by Lisa Waas. Lisa and her many students made the Island feel like home. Thank you AIG!!

Amelia Island

The property was clean and a great location to beach and downtown. The online description of the property was perfect and i a quiet neighborhood. The beds where comfortable and had all good utensils for cooking. The only thing is that if you have small children the steps on one side does not have railing. Have to keep an eye on them going up and down the stairs. But I would definetly rent this townhouse again.

The condo was very clean and well decorated. I live on Amelia Island, but, my daughter and her family do not so I surprised my daughter for her birthday and rented the condo. My granddaughter brought a friend and they enjoyed the beach and also the nice large swimming pool. I would recommend your company to my friends. Judy

We were desperate in dec because our landlord wanted her beachfront house back for her

It,s a nice and clean neighborhood but townhouse is not for us we need more windows ans no neighbors but we were at the last minute so it was that or going back to montreal so we stayed overthere, but the pool is clean freakin cold but clean nice tennis court , easy access, and WEstley came in a short time to fix the 2 tv upstairs

Location, Location

Great location, short walk to the beach, close to downtown (about 2 miles), very close to Ft. Clinch and Egans Creek Greenway. Pool is directly behind unit. Many dining options, store not too far for supplies. There are some beach chairs and umbrellas, but if you can bring your own. Coffee maker could use an upgrade, there is no iron. The tub upstairs drains very slow. Ample supplies in the kitchen for cooking. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you.

Overall a good place to stay

I've stayed in this complex before, always liked it because it's fairly close to the beach and they have a nice pool. I also like staying in a complex like this because I'm off the road. Be aware that this particular unit is on the main road (Tarpon). It was never a problem, it's not like this is a very busy area anyway, so we had no trouble parking whatsoever (and I'm one of those people that likes to back into the parking space). PROS: The unit was well stocked, with plenty of towels etc for 4 people. Note that the bedrooms are both upstairs and share a bathroom. There is another full bath/laundry room downstairs. Management was very interactive, they even called me back when I did not leave a voice mail. When we arrived I noticed the storm door did not shut properly. However, shortly after we go there, before I even had a chance to call, someone was there to fix it. Check in/check out details were emailed to me prior to arrival, including the entry code to the pool (duh me for missing that the first time). CONS: The a/c is LOUD. I mean, can't hear the TV loud. You get used to it after a day or so though. Generally the place was very clean although the provided blankets did not seem to be. We washed them, took care of that.
