Ocean Front on the Mission Beach Boardwalk!

Dear Future Guest!

Our Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, fronting on the famed Mission Beach Boardwalk half-way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.

Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the sand and surf from our private patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. You will love the first floor easy access to the beach (no elevator or stairs!) with a reserved parking space directly in front of the door. We recently installed new solid-surface flooring (no carpet!).

Watch the sunset from the patio. Seagulls, dolphins, and whales (when migrating) will delight you. We are so lucky to have a wonderful place to put up our feet and want to share the experience with you! We have provided additional information about the condo in our rental agreement. Building Exterior Upgrades
The building has undergone major structural improvements to walkways and balconies on the upper floors recently. The contractor’s remaining work includes painting and waterproofing those areas on the alley side of the building. It is not expected that this will be disruptive to your stay, although there may be certain days when the painting crew will be in the area of our front door along the alley side. No work is occurring on the beach side of the building (it’s all done!). When completed, the building will have beautiful new paint, and refreshed patios and balconies. We love the new look! We had a wonder stay over Christmas. The apartment was exactly as described. The kitchen is fully stocked. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds.The views are spectacular. I rated it 5 stars because I could not go higher.

This was the cutest beach condo! We loved how everything was so organized. The front bedroom www right on the boardwalk and amazing to see the waves so close up. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking — we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets right from the balcony. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell the owners take pride in keeping it clean and welcoming. The location was perfect — on the boardwalk and close to great restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach, which made every day so relaxing and enjoyable. The home was even more than we expected: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything we needed. We loved every minute of our three nights 4 days and it truly made our San Diego vacation wonderful. We hope to come back again someday!

Beautifully furnished condo right on the boardwalk with lots of amenities (beach chairs, sand toys etc) and a well stocked kitchen. Also has an included parking space in front of the unit. If you rent this condo you will not want for anything in location or amenities.

Perfect!

Right on the beach. Sunny porch in the afternoon. Amazing people watching and sunset watching. Access to a lot of food by foot. The parking space was amazing when we finally got a car. We barely used anything in the condo but could have cooked and would have had everything we needed. The beds were awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy great communicion from Host. This unit has everything you will need for your beach stay. Laundry is not in unit but nearby if you need that.

Wonderful Stay!

This rental was absolutely perfect. It was exactly as it was listed. The rental was in a perfect location, it was super clean. They had everything we needed for the beach. Our kids loved being so close to the ocean ans walking on the promenade. We would recommend this rental to anyone staying in that area. We were able todfrive to multiple locations and back . Karen also made us aware of potential work being done at the place and worked with us by reaching out early . It was wonderful

Amazing beach stay

We have stayed at this property many times, but this was our first time in this unit. Did not disappoint. Karen was very communicative, prompt and helpful. The unit was stocked well, clean and had everything we needed and more! The location cannot be beat… direct access to the boardwalk and beach from your back door. Sitting on the deck and watching the sunset while kids play on the beach… nothing better. Everything was perfect… we will be back!

Great Views and everthing you need is so close!

Loved it. There were so many good restaurants in walking distance. Hanging out righ on the boardwalk makes it so worth it.

Great Getaway

Set my wife and her friend up for a mom’s getaway as Christmas present. They said you can’t get a better view and sunset. Enjoyed the stay with great restaurants and beach right at your doorstep. Very responsive and kind host. She wants to take the family back in the future.

Christmas vacation

We stayed here for 7 days. We wish it could have been longer. What a perfect place to stay. Check in was a breeze. There were directions for everything. There is a parking space right by the door. I would recommend a small to medium size car. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want or need. The rooms were good sized, and the beds were comfortable. Outside area was great for just sitting and watching the waves and the people. Sunsets were gorgeous. The boardwalk and beach are just steps from the door. We would stay here again and hope to do so in the near future.

We are Karen and Mark. We purchased our beachfront condo from Dan and Virginia and want to make it as warm and welcoming as they did for twenty years. We live locally in San Diego and use our condo as a home away from home to share with friends and family. Nothing is better that a last-minute decision to head over to the beach, where we might pull up a chair on the patio, take a bike ride on over 20 miles of beach and bay bike trails, or get in the water to swim, surf, paddle board, or kayak. We know you will enjoy it too.

We love the location of this condo. We both grew up in San Diego and have spent a lot of time over the years in Mission Beach. We are so excited to own a property right in the heart and right on the beach in beautiful Mission Beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you might need. There is a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k-cups to get you going. The main bedroom has a huge picture window that faces the waves, and has a mirrored coating to provide privacy while you are inside. The dining room has a large round table with plenty of room for six to spread out, and the living room has a comfy leather couch and love seat facing a big screen smart TV. We recently upgraded to new smart TVs in both bedrooms as well. Enjoy our free WIFI. Our reserved parking space is right outside of the condo to make loading and unloading easy, and having a reserved parking spot makes it easy to come and go as your vacation plans unfold. Welcome to the beach!
