Este condominio en el piso superior tiene vistas hasta donde el ojo puede ver, hasta
y por la costa. Ver las gaviotas vuelan por su cubierta y ventanas.
Esta unidad cuenta con 3 pisos, uno de cada dormitorio y uno fuera de la sala de estar.

Muy dejar de fumar y unidad pacífica. Atardeceres fantásticos son suyos sin salir de la unidad.

Todo lo que necesitas está en un radio de dos millas. Mirando hacia el norte sobre el histórico muelle de cristal. a lajolla costa. Mirando hacia el sur más allá de las islas Coranodo

Unidades de la hermana a # 237291 y # 248312. La unidad está en ver el edificio mar y frente al océano directamente. The location was perfect. Directly on the beach with plenty of options for restaurants nearby. Grocery store was also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The locations and view was incredible. The house was a little older, but nice and clean. It was definitely a rental unit, but no complaints from our side.The host was very attentive, even though the house was not quite ready when we were supposed to be able to take ownership

Beautiful views, clean, and comfortable. Parking garage was easy to access, and building was secure. Location is close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and of course, the beach. We walked almost everywhere.

Perfect location with beach view and amazing sunsets. Ron was excellent even allowing us to check in early. Condo was perfect for and our 2 friends. Access was easy and food very good. Try Waterbar fir a lively night with great food. Konos for coffee

Gorgeous views of the beach and the sunsets. A well stocked kitchen and perfect for a few days of sightseeing. The only issue that we had was the wifi. After a day of texting, he got use on the phone with the ISP and it looks like it was a cable failure. Not that big of a deal because we could use cell signal.

The views were amazing! The location was great. You can walk to grocery store, dine out, walk the beach, pier etc…really no need for a car. But if you have one parking in the garage was easy. Condo was equipped with anything you need to make a meal. Only wish is that the balconies were big enough for all four of us to be outside together. Amazing sunsets.

Perfect location on the ocean/beach close to excellent food and shopping. Interior of condo has beautiful views and lots of room, but kitchen and baths are small and in need of updating. Definite plus was gated parking.

Great location

The condo was as advertised, right by Crystal pier. Tons of restaurants and shopping just outside the building. Beautiful beach with beachfront views from the apartment. Very active area.

Overall, I'd give Ron's place a 7 out of 10. It has wonderful views, convenient parking, newish, comfortable furniture, great proximity to all kinds of restaurants and bars, and Ron himself is very available. So, why only 7? The place itself is tired and could use refurbishing. Cabinet doors are shabby and need to be replaced. Very few amenities are supplied, there's no shampoo or conditioner, for example. Given the absence of A/C, I'd be less likely to stay during warmer weather, because the windows would need to be opened and the beach walk can be loud. If these things aren't an issue for you, you'll have a fine stay.

Perfect location

We had a great time staying at this condo with beautiful panoramic ocean views in a location convenient to restaurants and beach! Would definitely stay there again.

Penthouse near Mission Beach

Excellent location. We enjoyed the close access to the beach and the many excellent restaurants to choose from. The condo itself was very comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the sunset views! The hot tub area in the evening was very relaxing and always quiet. Make sure you bring your own beach towels! We highly recommend this getaway and will be returning in the future!

wonderful stay

Fantastic location, near everything in PB but high enough up that noise was never a problem. Spectacular views all the time. Host was wonderful and helpful. Not the fanciest kitchen but who cares! Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful vacation.
