A cozy and invigorating vacation home in the heart of the Morvan

Old farmhouse completely renovated in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park in Corcelles in the town of Préporché, accommodating up to 4 people in a rejuvenating and natural setting.

The single-storey house includes a fully equipped kitchen with wood stove but also a large dining table, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary for the preparation of delicious regional dishes.

*A living room with sofa bed (2 seats) with coffee table, television and stereo.

*A large bedroom with a 140x200 bed with dresser and bedside table.

*A bathroom with sink, small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board.

*A walk-in shower with toilet and heated towel rail.

*Outside a garden furniture with barbecue, deckchairs and outbuilding to store your belongings (bicycles, motorbikes...) all on a large plot.

Close to Moulins Engilbert (4 kilometers), you will find all the amenities necessary for your stay (food stores, gasoline, restaurant...).
The house is located in the heart of the Nivernais countryside with the possibility of many hikes all around the house, pretty sites to visit (Bibracte, the many lakes of the Morvan, Château Chinon, the terms of St Honoré les Bains...)

=> Each stay includes 9 KWh per day of electricity based on the traditional scales of the Gîtes de France, i.e. 63 KWh for one week. Beyond that, an extra charge will be charged. (supplement mainly in winter for heating)

- Sheets, towels and household linen for the week: 30 €
- Firewood for the winter: €50 per week
