The Zen Den: Garage Lux Studio Aptmnt: No Smoking

GARAGE SUITE (not main house): Unique garage suite of main house, conveniently located 4-10 miles of Atlanta's many attractions. Perfect for 2 ppl; queen size sofa bed. Free parking for up to 2 cars in the cul de sac directly in front of house.

The space
The unique garage space, titled The Zen Den, is an oasis of calm with wifi, convenient parking in the cul de sac, a spacious jetted shower, bathroom with mood light ambience and bluetooth speaker, and a private deck for outside relaxation. Perfect for morning coffee or evening reading or lounging. Absolutely no smoking or vaping!

Guest access
The studio suite/apartment is located in the garage of the main house. Access to garage is from the keypad outside yet I will meet the guest to do a quick walk thru.

Afterwards, I am available by phone if needed between 10am - 8pm, and if there are any emergencies afterwards.

Guess parking is at a two car max.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:

Absolutely NO SMOKING (or vaping) POLICY! Guest will be asked to leave if they smoke in or on the property. If any guests are observed smoking inside the property the whole group will be requested to leave with no refunds and no rebook. Vents to the entire house are all connected so the smoke will travel whether outside on the deck or in the house. Violators are subject to a fine and/or asked to leave. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus claim for any other extra fees including but not exclusive of cleaning, damage and future lost business if the Zen Den smells of smoke or contains smoke-related litter or related damage.

MUSIC: The Zen Den is about peace of mind and harmony; therefore we allow NO LOUD MUSIC at any time. There is an Alexa operated Echo 3 in the space. Play at low/moderate volume. Simply say Hey Alexa! Play.... The AUX cord is located in the desk drawer if needed but you can connect via Bluetooth from any gadget that supports the feature.

Electric Heater: The electric heater is mostly on for ambiance not on heater mode so surely enjoy it at your leisure and pleasure even if the space is at a cozy temperature.

However, if the unit is being used as a heater, it should be ran on LL (low) 750watts ONLY. Never on HH (high) 1500watts.

White/Gray Rug: to prevent a possible separate cleaning fee of the rug, refrain from walking on the carpet with your shoes. Please remove your shoes at the entrance.

Make-Up: to also prevent additional cleaning or replacement fees of linen and bathroom towels, please use the black Make Up washcloths provided for you.

Garage Door
If the portable ac is on, all doors must be closed. Do run with doors open.

If raining, it is ok to leave the patio door open but not the main garage door. We absolutely love the sound of rain here so please enjoy.

VIDEO/FILMING
No filming or video production is approved in this space unless previously approved. Please see host if there are any questions or request to do so.

*Check out is at 10am.

*BED: Leave the bed pulled out. Do not push it back into sofa mode. You do not have to make it up. Put all USED towels and washcloths in the clothes bin in the bathroom (2 washcloths, 2 towels, one hand towel, one face towel, one black MakeUp towel

*KITCHEN: Make sure all dishes are in the sink. All dishes (cups, plates, bowls, silverware) do not have to be put back in the drawers but they should be tidy and in the sink before checking out.

*TRASH: Make sure all trash is in the trash can in bathroom or either the bin in the kitchen. Do, not leave trash around the property

*Turn everything off (lights, fireplaces, Echo/music) before leaving AND close the garage door behind you.
