The balance of the reservation, the cleaning fee and the tourist tax, will be paid 10 days before your arrival maximum.<br> The 85m² apartment "Les Combots" is located on Avenue de Verdun in Saint Palais sur mer, 5 minutes by car from the Plage du Bureau, the closest and most central to Saint Palais and all its shops. <br>The accommodation <br> The apartment has been completely renovated, and can accommodate up to 5 people. <br>It is a house with 3 independent dwellings each with their own private entrance. <br>The entrance to the apartment is through the kitchen: a table (extendable) with 4 chairs and an armchair. The appliances are fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster... <br>The lounge area - TV, offers a cocooning atmosphere with its 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs.<br>The bathroom and shower has a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an ironing board and an integrated toilet. <br>Two bedrooms distribute the beds as follows: <br>- Bedroom 1: 2 drawer beds in 80 (i.e. possibility of a bed in 160) and a sofa bed. <br>- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140, a wardrobe and an air freshener. <br><br>The parking lot is located directly in the courtyard secured by an electric gate with digicode, only one vehicle per accommodation. In case of several cars, a parking lot is accessible free of charge in front of the house. <br>Linen is not included in the price but it can be offered as an option (sheets, waitants, kitchen linen).
