Beautiful Vineyard Ranch House

The Dutton Winery House is situated just minutes from Sebastopol and Graton, this newly renovated home, enveloped by vineyards, provides an exceptional wine country retreat. The expansive living room and kitchen with a charming breakfast nook create a delightful space for gatherings with friends and family. Additionally, there's a formal dining area and a cozy family room. Three spacious bedrooms, including the master, are found upstairs as well as a fourth bedroom downstairs with a bunkbed. Unwind and savor the breathtaking vineyard views from the generous deck or relax near the firepit below.

Numerous world-class wineries including the Dutton Estate Winery are within minutes, and access to the Russian River resort area and the Sonoma Coast is conveniently close. Outstanding restaurants, microbreweries, and the Graton Casino further enhance the array of activities available in the region.

Visit our 5StarVR site for a 3D tour of this house, details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. You'll also find valuable information about local restaurants, wineries, and exciting activities in the area. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed in County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

The house had everything we needed for our group of 9, ages 71 to 3. Inside and out was neat, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. The views were lovely, and the evenings by the firepit with the night lighting were so fun! The kids enjoyed putting on shows for us on on the beautiful outdoor turf-no grass rashes. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the large pantry, kitchen and living room! Driving into town for groceries and meals took minutes.

Quiet, private relaxation for our family, away from the hustle and bustle. Yet close enough to 4th of July festivities and other activities. We also liked that artificial turf! It made for a soft clean play area for our little toddler.

Gorgeous Villa

Beautiful property in a vineyard. The astroturf in the backyard was perfect for little kids to run around without getting dirty. The kitchen is fully stocked and beds are comfortable. You won’t regret starting here!

Wonderful place to stay

The house was beautiful and clean and the hosts very responsive. There's also a great walking/biking trail nearby. We loved sitting by the fireplace and playing in the backyard turf after a day of wine tasting. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

This home is clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. It is quiet and relaxing with the beautiful views of the vineyards and so many nice seating areas. Very easy to book and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

House is set in the middle of a vineyard - it is so beautiful and quiet. It was very centrally located to the wine events and restaurants we had planned. The house accommodated our party of two couples and a single very well. The living space afforded flexibility for someone watching TV versus someone sitting by the fire reading a book. We cooked dinner one night and found everything we needed. We would definitely rent this property again.

Excellent quick getaway in the wine country!

This house was spacious, very clean and had more than the basic kitchen amenities to enjoy what the wine country has to offer. Randy was very responsive and I would come back again to this and other properties that he manages.

Beautiful home, great location

Had an incredible weekend at Dutton Winery House! Communication was great and everything was clean and ready when we arrived. I also received a text checking that everything was as expected which was nice. The house is big and spacious with enough communal areas for a big group to be comfortable. We really wanted a place we could cook and the kitchen was incredible. A ton of space for multiple people to be in at once and plenty of cooking utensils. Felt very much like being in one of our homes. Absolutely hope to stay again soon!

Family Getaway

My husband and I were traveling with 2-teenagers and an 11-year old. House set-up was great and had enough room for together time and for each of us to find a bit of quiet, alone time. Setting was amazing.

Beautiful vineyard home

This stunning yet inviting vineyard home in Sebastopol was a great place to stay during our trip to California. The decor is peaceful and elegant but still has a warm, inviting appeal. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is in a quiet setting. Great property and great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dutton Estate! Great house, kitchen is well stocked. However master bathroom door needed to fixed it would not close all the way. And the glass in the French door should be replaced.

extended family reunion

We stayed here 3 nights for an extended family reunion and enjoyed our stay. The house was very well furnished with everything we could have needed for our stay. The utensils and tableware were available to make a multicourse meal if you wanted to cook. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Wake up to endless vineyard views

We stayed at the Vineyard Ranch House for an annual girls reunion and it was perfect for our group of 7. We especially loved the spacious common spaces for gathering, the super comfortable beds across 4 well-appointed bedrooms, and the amazing location from which you could enjoy walks, a jog, and quick trips into town. Waking up to pristine vineyard views each morning was truly something special. This felt like such an escape to the country, yet you're just 10 minutes from a bustling town full of great restaurants, shopping, farmers market, and more. Pre-arrival communication was very clear and welcoming. When we had an issue where the furnace wasn't working upon arrival, we were able to reach someone immediately by text and the furnace was up and running with an hour. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely, well-managed property!

Fantastic Setting and Home

Everything was as advertised! Very clean, super comfy, Randy was very responsive with questions. There were 6 women, mother, daughters, future daughters in law--we had a great time bonding in this lovely home. One suggestion, bring bottled water--the well water had a rather strong sulfur odor--Randy assured us it was safe, but would have brought bottled water for drinking ahead of time. That is the only reason for 4 stars. instead of 5--everything else was perfection!

Wonderful friends getaway!

The property was beautiful in the middle of a vineyard which was great for walking among the vines.The house was very comfortable for 6 friends on our annual getaway.The kitchen was large and very well equipped as we spend our time doing gourmet cooking. The only issue was the dishwasher was broken which meant needing to spend time doing dishes which cut into our time enjoying the area. They also had no dish towels but did finally bring us some. The property manager was very responsive to our call but unable to fix the dishwasher! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home on the Dutton Estate!
