Reflections is located 1.2 miles from downtown Guerneville and Johnson’s Beach. We are a short drive from Armstrong Woods State Reserve, North Wood Golf Club (5 miles), and the Sonoma Coast (20 miles).

Reflections has been a popular destination for those seeking a getaway near the Russian River for over twenty years. Our property offers a unique combination of multiple gathering spots and separate, functional sleeping spaces, including a main house and three detached cottages.

Property Updates and Highlights:

- Solar-Heated Pool: newly relined pool and freshly updated pool deck; open year-round and solar-heated from May through September. *No pool cover,

- Hot Tub: A standalone 4-person hot tub

- Inside amenities: Wi-Fi, ROKU/streaming TV's, gas fireplace in the main house, wood-burning fireplace in the Coho Cabin.

- Outdoor Space: A large, fully fenced backyard with established landscaping, fruit trees, a gas BBQ, and outdoor dining for eight under a gazebo.

Accommodations:

- Main House (~1,285 sq. ft.)
-Open-concept living room, dining area for eight, and a full kitchen.
-The primary suite offers a king bed and a private bath (shower only).
The second bedroom has a queen bed; please note no TV in the second bedroom.
The hall bath has a shower over tub combo.

- Coho Cabin: A private getaway with a queen bed, full bath, heated tile floors, wood-burning fireplace, and cable TV with streaming capability.

- Twin Bedroom Cottage: Includes a main sleeping area with two twin beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, and an additional dressing space with a third twin bed in the rear portion facing the creek with its own deck and sitting space. Cable TV with streaming capability.

- Poolside Cottage: Located next to the garage/laundry room, this cottage offers a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, radiant floor heat, a full bath (shower only), and cable TV with streaming capability.
