Plus, you're just a two-minute walk from the free shuttle stop taking you to and from the ski area base and the center of Main Street Breckenridge!

This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium home home is perfect for families or groups of up to six – and the family pup is welcome, too! Walking into the living area, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for trading stories after the day’s mountain adventures. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, a professional grade gas range and other quality appliances. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for six more at the counter.

Outside, the spacious deck features your own private hot tub, a gas grill, and seating to take in the views. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house works great for us due to the location, size and pet friendliness. We have rented it before and decided to rent it for a month this summer. Unfortunately, we had to move out after 3.5 weeks due to a clogged sewer line that flooded the basement that is not accessible for renters. The property management company found another house for us but it was 10 miles away so not ideal.

Beautiful Home Perfect Location

Beautiful home perfect location. Short walk or drive into town. Easy access to the ski lift or shuttle. Hot tub is a godsend after skiing. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook! 10/10 would recommend l!

A couple extra curtains would be helpful, but the house was clean, the kitchen was amazing, the steam shower was so nice and the hot tub was clean. The rental was a bit confusing and I had to contact Vrbo to ensure it was still rented through Vrbo and not just the management company. But overall a great experience.

The house was an easy walk to downtown and central to all the places. The patio was spacious and quiet. We even saw some beautiful deer and fox. The house was clean and comfortable. When I texted with questions someone came back with an answer almost immediately which I appreciated. We are hoping to rent this house again next year!

Gorgeous stay in Breck!

Gorgeous home, better than the photos! Convenient walk to Main St, but secluded so you feel as if you’re miles away. Great windows and an expansive deck looking out on nature. The kitchen has everything you’ll need (we love preparing intricate meals at home on vacation with friends). We’ll come back again and again!

Breckinridge vacation

House was beautiful but loft area for two more people was not explained as accessible only through the master. That lacked privacy. The weather was very warm and the only cooling is to open windows without screens. They really need screens and a whole house fan. Master should have a better mattress and sheets should be upgraded. Understand that this is a vacation home being rented, however a wall filled with family photos is not the best atmosphere for a vacation rental. Most families want to feel like it’s their own for the time they rent it especially as expensive as this property was.

Fabulous place

We stayed at this beautiful house for 6 nights The kitchen is very well equipped and if you don’t want to cook the walk to town is about 15 minutes. The outside deck is perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon and there is a hot tub. The driveway is pretty steep so in the winter you do need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The only minor issue we had is that mattress upstairs is a bit soft.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summit property management went above and beyond to help us with issues at the property. Overall, we look forward to working with Summit in the future.Issues we faced included: 1. Fireplace/heat control non functional upon arrival. The house was 54 degrees. Summit provided repair within 2 hours. 2. There was trash all over the rear balcony, which Summit arranged for collection immediately. 3. The home is NOT handicap/age related freindly. Unshoveled staircase to main level and very steep spiral staircase to second level were not disclosed.4. We were not informed it would take a four wheel drive vehicle to access the driveway until the DAY of our arrival. Fortunatley we had chains and, after being unable to navigate the driveway, we applied them to our tires and made it on up. 5. The fireplace in the home is unlike we've ever seen before. It runs on a thermostat and serves as the heat source for the entire 2 level home. It was not functional when we arrived and malfunctioned one more time during our stay. Even if it worked properly, we would have been unable to used it for aesthetic purposes. NO directions were provided about this feature OR the bathroom floor warmers. 6. No instructions were provided about where to place our trash and Summit needed to provide guidance in this regard. 7. Landscape maintenance men shovel snow from the deck and exterior stairs the day BEFORE we left, but the entire property ways covered in snow the day we arrived.

Beautiful, Cozy, Mountain Home

This is a gorgeous, pet-friendly property. We had a lovely weekend stay here. It's close enough to downtown Breckenridge that we walked down and back for the Running of the Santas and lighting ceremony. The hot tub is marvelous after a day on the slopes. The steam shower/rain head in the master bathroom is divine. The beds are very comfortable once you get in them and warm up....they're memory foam, so they're firm at first but gently mold to you. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook with and loved the appliances. Lots of board games available to play. We had a marvelous game of Rummikub while admiring the snow-covered pine trees outside the huge windows. Even saw a fox! Our only criticism, and this is a minor quip, but the home was a little cold when we arrived, they set it low when no one is there, as you should to be eco friendly. However, it's radiant heating and fireplace controlled, so it does take a couple hours to really warm up and get cozy again. Highly recommend this place and we hope to visit again ourselves in the future! Thank you!
