Beautiful kid-friendly winter retreat 35 mins to NYC

Our four bedroom, 3100sqf home boasts two fireplaces, two-zone heating, a hot tub, exceptional privacy and 1gb wireless internet, all 40 minutes from NYC. The house was built in the 1920s by Dutch architects and added to in the 1960s and 2000s, so it maintains its character while offering space and modern amenities. It is a family home, ready for an active crew and fully set up for remote learning and working--big enough for everyone to have their own space. Bosch and Thermadore appliances and a 6-person hot tub add a layer of luxury and the large fireplace with vaulted season is a perfect space for making winter memories. Set upon a hill, you can imagine you are in a world unto itself with no view of the neighbors, but in two minutes you can be on the highway and headed to the city (bus available at corner if needed). Bedrooms are one queen, one playroom with King Murphy bed, kid's room with two twins and a trundle, and an office that we can add a full/queen to upon request, depending on how you want to use it. We are only interested in renting due to the pandemic (so we can spend the time with family in Florida), so we are looking for one long term renter and can cater to your needs.
