The fitness center includes a spa, a sauna, and a gym. It is not available for stays of 2 or 3 nights; for stays of 4 nights or more, for health and safety reasons, access is subject to the schedule managed on-site (priority is given to the large cottage, La Maison de Maître). Located at an altitude of 1,100 meters, 2 km from Saint Amans, the Coulagnettes estate is a prime example of architecture rooted in agricultural activity. The 146 m² Gîte du Métayer, fully renovated over two levels, includes: On the first floor, a fully equipped built-in kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) with a 33 m² dining and living area (flat-screen TV), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs: a mezzanine with a double sofa bed, a bedroom (one 160 double bed), a bedroom (one 140 double bed), a bedroom (one 140 double bed, private bathroom), shower room, and separate toilet. Terrace with patio furniture. Shared barbecue for the estate’s vacation rentals, located in the old bread oven. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €4 per pet per night.
