Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully renovated flat for rent in the resort of Le Corbier, in the Les Sybelles ski area (136 slopes, 68 ski lifts), this charming, fully renovated apartment at the foot of the slopes, less than 20 metres from the resort’s main ski lift (Sybelles Express). It measures 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 12 m² living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto machine, raclette, fondue and crêpe maker…
- A bathroom with a wall-hung toilet, washing machine and shower cubicle with hydro-massage jets.
- 2 bunk beds in a sleeping alcove by the entrance
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A ski locker is available on the upper floor

Resort activities:
- The heated outdoor swimming pool is less than a five-minute walk away via the covered walkway. It is open from 15 December to 15 April and from early July to late August. Access to the swimming pool is subject to an additional charge
- The hot tub is open during the same hours as the outdoor swimming pool.

The flat is ideally situated in Le Corbier, at the heart of the resort, at the foot of the slopes and close to shops, ski hire, restaurants, a chemist’s, a bakery and snack bars... The shuttle bus stop is less than 100 metres away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in a public car park at the foot of the accommodation.

- Nearest railway station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne Arvan station, 17 km away (26 mins by car); a shuttle service is available between the station and the resort
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport, 175 km away (2 hours by car)

Other notes:
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are not binding and are subject to change by Le Corbier resort.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Only one pet is permitted per stay
- Bed linen included (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases)
- Towels are available at an additional cost of €9 per towel set (1 large and 1 small)
- End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you (or for an additional charge of €75 through our on-site service provider).

- Baby equipment, household linen and towels, and a breakfast service can be hired from the concierge’s office
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Swimming pool:
Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
