We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Telgruc-sur-Mer, this charming lodging of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 70 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area for 6 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine...
- A cellar.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: three single beds.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside:
- A 200 m² garden with a part to be shared with the other gîtes.
- A north-facing terrace, benefiting from the sun in the evening, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, barbecue, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Telgruc-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment near the coastal paths and the ocean. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... in the vicinity (5 km) or in the town of Crozon (10 km).

- Events: festival of the end of the world at the beginning of August in Lanvéoc, maritime festivals of old riggings in Brest.
