About the Home: Covered patio & 4 sliding glass doors across the back of this brand new home, provide for one of the best Lakefront Views in Los Lagos! Los Lagos is a quiet residential neighborhood with a community pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, Community Center, and 3 manmade lakes. Battery-operated boats, kayaks & canoes are welcome on Los Lagos! No Swimming Allowed.

This immaculate newly built home has 4 bedrooms, huge open living areas, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and over 2400 square feet of newly-appointed living space.

Relax, socialize, and enjoy the open floor plan with views of the lake, or retreat to your private Master Suite. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and flat-screen tv PLUS a gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a dual-head shower, and a huge soaking tub. The master bath is spacious, with double vanities and two large walk-ins. The 2 Guest bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. The 3 Guest bedroom has two twin beds. This home can accommodate 10 guests in bedrooms.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and is completely stocked with cooking utensils for preparing your vacation meals.

In the evenings, enjoy the covered back patio, which boasts breathtaking views of the lake and a barbecue grill.

The attached 3-car garage is available for your vehicles during your stay.

About the Neighborhood: Los Lagos is a VERY quiet, safe, gated community... quiet hours must be observed from dusk to dawn. Our guests enjoy the peace and quiet of the manmade lakes... absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed, and no guests beyond the ones in your Reservation. Please note we do have exterior security cameras to monitor the total number of guests and noise levels.
