My family really enjoyed their stay here. The pool had a great shallow area for the kids. And the games just added to the fun. The pool table is an excellent way to keep the adults entertained in doors. We did not get to try the jacuzzi but hope to test it out on another visit.

We loved our stay here, everything was setup so beautifully. The instructions were so easy to follow and the communication was amazing! Any questions we had were answered right away. It was so easy to communicate with the owner, even pre-booking. Clean and spacious. Super close to Davis Camp and the Casinos. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay

We are so Blessed to have found this property. Michele the owner is amazing. The house is very clean along with the pool and BBQ. We had access to the garage for my boat to park. That was a deal maker for us. I will definitely stay here again

Lake lounge paradise

Place is great, especially for just me. However, the TV options are very lacking. Nothing but kids shows, or reruns. Owner should invest in a better “ Cable like” option. Could not get any of the MLB playoff games, or NFL.

Great place!

I stay at many VRBO's for my bass fishing tournament schedule. Not all are good. This one is fantastic in all areas. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Lacking nothing. I will attempt to stay here again in the future. Managers do a great job.

Perfect river house!

This house is perfect for a group headed to the river! Plenty of space to relax, comfortable furniture, very clean, easy to get to, super close to the river/lake, and stores for supplies. Nicely decorated and every comfort of home you could need. Lots of dishes. Games for the kids too. Pool table was a big hit. The pool is awesome! Spacious three car garage and long driveway for boat parking. Quiet and clean neighborhood. LOVE the painted rocks in the front yard! Such a great idea. The property mgr was really quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend this house. We’ll definitely stay again!

BEWARE!!

Be VERY cautious if you book this property. You will be monitored by the owner 24/7. "He" watched our family constantly through cameras which is a major concern considering that this is a pool house and we had young kids and young females walking around in bathing suits. The known cameras were in the front of the house, side of the house, and in the garage. The camera on the side of the house is actually pointed directly at the adjacent property which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Speaking of illegal, as of April 2024, in Arizona, short term rentals are required by law to inform any renter of any cameras on the property. Nowhere on the booking page or in the house packet is this done. Regarding the property, the bedspreads were filthy, the trash had not been fully removed from the prior tenants and the master bath became infested with bugs during our stay. Also, NOWHERE on the booking page did it note that day guests were not allowed (this was changed on the website in the middle of our stay, see what follows). We gathered at our property for my niece's 9th birthday to have pasta and swim. The manager - who was very dismissive and failed to actually listen to the situation - first said all was good as they saw there were a lot of kids. As soon as my nephews arrived, additional calls came and we were told everyone had to leave. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR PRIVACY INVADED.

Richard had 18 people at the property but booked for six. when I asked him to have everyone leave the home, excluding the six people, and he threatened me with “THE”bad review and this is why he wrote what he did. Richard, I wish you and your family well and I hope next time you book a vacation rental that you will be 100% truthful God bless

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home! Communication was clear, everything worked beautifully and we were able to enjoy a fantastic time together! The only problem we had with the listing is that it states that it sleeps 12. We had 7 and had exactly enough room, 12 never would have fit. We had fewer people than planned so we were lucky, but even with the couches, it would only fit 9. Unless you want to squeeze extras into some of the beds. I don’t understand this but fortunately it was not a problem for us. We loved the property and might return with a smaller party. The pool and hot tub were perfect! We did completely enjoy the stay!

Great location cozy house

This house was perfect for my family! It was a great getaway for my daughters 19th bday. The house was very clean and perfect size! The pool was sparkling clean! Hot tub was a lil dirty but got cleaned the second day. Thank you for a great place!
