Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet/cable TV. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

The condo was clean and had nice views. The communication with the host was lacking. I reached out on the day of our check out and had no response. Generally, on VRBO stays we are contacted by the host to determine if the stay is going well. We had no such communication. Regarding the unit, it was quite a hike from the beach. The beach chairs and cooler made available was nice. We would have liked having beach towels. There was keurig machine with coffee but no creamer. We should have been advised ahead of time that the unit was scheduled to be sprayed for pest control. We could smell the pesticide that afternoon and it was disturbing. The bed was comfortable and the A/C unit worked well. The patio door slider was very difficult to open. The tracks need attention. The flooring throughout the unit and the cabinets and countertops are beautiful.

Great Stay at Sapphire Beach!We had a great stay at this Sapphire Beach condo. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was super easy, and the location couldn’t be better — right by the beach with beautiful views. Perfect spot for a relaxing trip. Would definitely stay here again!

We just needed one night as we were transiting through St. Thomas. Many hosts won't let you rent one night. Great location. Easy to access. Modern room. The host made it very easy.

We were unable to make our stay due to a last minute airline cancellation. Before our stay the owner was gracious and helpful. The pricing was very fair as we made the reservation only a week before our trip. As it was a last minute cancellation, understandably the owner would not refund our rental. However, he could have at least offered to refund the cleaning fee, which he clearly did not have to pay when we did not stay there. I understand this is his business, and he does not control the airlines. But the condo was not rented a week out so providing a partial refund could have made him income and helped us recoup some of our loss.

We loved the condo. It had a beautiful view. The host had everything that you could possibly need. It was very clean. We highly recommend this spot, and will definitely be returning.

The view of this property is amazing. Upon arrival communication was great. We had a small issue at check in but resolved it with the cleaning supplies left in the home. The home is near grocery stores, ferry, beach and night life. I suggest a vehicle for your stay. House came equipped with beach chairs and kitchen was stocked with appliances should you want to stay in. Overall I would suggest this property if you are traveling to St Thomas.

Walk to Beach, 2 Pools & Restaurant

Quiet condo with a nice ocean view. Comfortable furnishings. Sofa and outdoor chairs could use some attention. Threadbare bath towels were disappointing. There is NO dishwasher. There was no dish rack or wash cloths, and one disgusting used scrubbing pad. Two threadbare dish towels once used as a painting rag were hardly adequate. It's a very nice condo that could use some love and attention to details.

Was the perfect location and so clean.

Perfect location. A car rental is a definite must anywhere on St Thomas unless you plan on coming and not doing anything. Condo is perfect. Was clean. Was in a really great location and so easy to walk right to one of the best beaches in St. Thomas. Superb top-notch rental.

This unit was perfectly situated near Sapphire Beach in secret Harbor Beach. The unit was exactly as described. We enjoyed our time immensely.

Location

This beautiful property is located on a very steep hillside. If you have any physical limitations you will find it strenuous/difficult getting back and forth to the condo. The condo is clean and as pictured. I would recommend staying here.

Great place with everything that we needed (beach chairs/beach towels/snorkel equipment). Short walk to sapphire beach and short drive from red hook restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
