Lovely stay!

My husband and I had a lovely stay! We loved being right on the beach and hearing the waves every night. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice to have access to a washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Location!

Great location in St. Thomas. Apartment is close to many restaurants and main beaches. It has everything you need and more. Loved the mornings and sunset views from the pool. Will definitely recommend!!!

Enjoyable stay

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the ocean we had from the back windows! The condo was well equipped with all that we needed, and our host was very friendly and welcoming! We plan on staying there again! We only wished there was a balcony!

Very communicative host and easy check in process

Very easy check in … it’s an old building, but the unit itself has been modernized, clean and comfortable … it was very handy to have a washer/dryer and the location was a good base for us for visiting the parts of the island we were interested in seeing.

USVI Amazing

Well kept, clean, very nicely decorated, great views. Fun stuff for our enjoyment, beach chairs , cooler etc. etc. All and more than we expected. Loved our stay!!!!

Great Condo

Well stocked and clean condo. Great view. Could walk on the beach at the condo or walk to Bologna. Took taxi to secret harbor which was excellent and sapphire harbor were we took some sailing rides. Can snorkel at Sapphire also. Took taxi to botanical gardens which was great.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for our family of three. Relatives living near by meant we did not spend much time at the condo but the time we did spend was great. A few minor hiccups but the host was extremely responsive.

Beautiful ocean side condo

The stay at this Vrbo hosted by Joanne was absolutely perfect! The unit was clean, had beautiful views and all of the amenities of home. The condo complex was very safe with gated entry, had a nice pool close to the condo and was in walking distance to a couple of restaurants at a neighboring resort. Joanne was very easy to get in contact with and was responsive to any needs/inquiries that came up. I would absolutely recommend her rental for anyone traveling to St Thomas!

St.Thomas Get-Away

The property is beautiful. If you are staying more than a day, a car is suggested. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean, watching the Ferry's go by and sunning at the pool. The condo is EXACTLY as advertised. Clean, modern and full of the amenities needed to cook great food. Joanne was super great with sharing the best place to grocery shop along with taxi drivers and quickly answered our questions.

Fabulous Experience

This condo is right on the ocean. Being able to hear the wave crashing at night is reason alone to stay here. However, further reasons are that the condo is lovely, newly remodeled, with nearly everything you might need for your stay (beach chairs, towels, soft robes, washer and dryer, etc.) and the host is also completely responsive and very nice. Highly recommend. A+++

Perfect Vacation

Joanne’s place is great. It was super clean, well stocked with plenty of amenities and a nice central location that makes getting around the island a breeze. The condo faces out at the water and all you need is to open the windows for immediate relaxation. Oh, and she also has fans. Lol for those of us that can’t sleep without one, we know how great that is. If I have a con, I guess you’re just not going to want to leave.

Great all around!

I stayed here as a couple for almost a week and we had such an amazing time. It’s a lot more spacious than it looks, the bed is comfortable (but it’d be better if it were a King :) ), and it’s packed with everything you need. Great air conditioning, views were amazing (you’re literally right on the water), and the location is perfect (you’re minutes away from Bolongo Bay and 10 mins to Red Hook). The only thing that might make it better is better pots and pans to cook with (they’re old and scratchy). Oh - and a smaller cooler for the beach would be helpful (she provides a TON of helpful beach gear).

Had an amazing time!

We loved this property! It is the perfect location because it is in the center of the island, on the water. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and it is about 15 minutes away from all of the major places you would want to go - Red Hook, Charlotte Amalie, Magen's Bay, etc. It is very clean and she has lots of things available in the condo for guest use: beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, etc. Joanne is such a great host as well! She messaged us every day making sure we had everything that we needed and to see if we had any questions. She had great suggestions on restaurants to eat at and places to go for groceries. The binder she keeps in the condo is also full of great information. We can't wait to come back to St. Thomas again! It is such a beautiful island and this condo made our stay even more enjoyable!

Great Property and even GREATER Host!

Joanne's Villa was just as nice as the photos, we had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Joanne was always really fast to respond during the booking process and even faster during check-in! I loved that she had fans :-D, I'm that person that sleeps with one every night but told myself I could function without it for vacation as I didn't want to have to take up the extra room in my luggage. So I was SUPER happy to see hers! :-P The robes in the closet were a nice touch. Her Villa is in the perfect location, close to anything you might need on the island. The view is amazing & love that she had beach chairs, cooler, etc readily available. We had an emergency during vacation & when I reached out to Joanne to see if there was any flexibility on check-out (my husband was in the ER overnight) as I wasn't quite sure when he was going to be released, not only did she try to accommodate me, she offered to help if there was anything additional I needed. I hope we can return to St Thomas again soon as this was our 1st visit & there are many things I am sure we missed. Aside from the speed bump in checking out the local hospital, this trip was one of the best we've ever taken. ♥

Great View & Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was amazing! We loved being right on the water & even being able to see sunsets right from our room! The only thing better would’ve been to have a sliding glass door & balcony but this unit doesn’t have that. The pool area is nice. It’s up on a deck overlooking the ocean. I typically went there everyday in the later afternoon once we returned from our daily excursions. There were three of us (me, my wife & our 17-yr old daughter) in St. Thomas at Bolongo. I would say the accommodations were plenty big for us. My daughter slept on the pull-out sofa which required us to move the coffee table each evening/morning. We knew this going in so we had no issue with it. For a couple looking for a location, it would be a perfect size. We felt the apartment was adequately stocked with kitchen supplies. We generally ate breakfast & a couple of lunches in & usually went out for dinner. There were plenty of cups for coffee in the morning, plates, glasses, etc. We appreciated the beach chairs, noodles, cooler & beach towels that were provided in the apartment. This allowed us to not have to rent chairs or buy as many drinks/food at the beach. The washing machine & dryer also came in handy to launder the beach towels during our stay. I only have two criticisms of the property: 1) Being right on the water was awesome but our windows on the oceanside had no screens on them. So, we were unable to keep the windows open & listen to the ocean as we didn’t want to let bugs in. When we arrived, the owner had left us some info on the property which said that the screens were being replaced by the property management company. 2) The exterior of the entire property looks “tired”. We think they’re still fixing things up from the 2017 hurricane.

We loved the condo and honestly a great location. The area was quiet and peaceful. You are conveniently located to have several different dining options within 10-15 min drive. Joanne was quick to respond if I had a question. Super host and great place to stay.

Beautiful

We loved that this property was right on a beach. You could hear the waves. The beach was rocky but still beautiful. There was construction in our building so clutter all around the property. This apartment has one parking spot, decorated beautifully, great water pressure, hot water, 2 ac units, and plenty of extras. Cooler, beach chairs, robes, slippers, bug spray.. the host was amazing. She left us a personalized message on the fridge and welcome binder. We liked the location, the island is much larger than we expected. There is no stinky sea weed on this beach. A lot of beaches had awful smells. We staid for 2 days before going to St. John for 5.

Lovely apartment with amazing view!

You know sometimes you arrive at a place and you go... "it kinda lots like the pictures but sadness it really looks differentin person." Well this is NOT like that at all! Joanne had everything we needed and more! She personalized our stay with welcome messages and responded whenever we reached out. Our favorite place to stay at during our trip to the USVI.
