You’ll fall in love with this beautiful loft and its location on a lively street! Saint-Joseph Street, right in the heart of downtown, is filled with treasures waiting to be discovered. From restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafés to grocery stores and much more, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from.



Located just steps from Old Quebec, you can easily walk there and fully enjoy the charm and beauty of our wonderful city.



The Space:

The space is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a TV with access to Netflix, a fully equipped kitchenette with salt, pepper, oil, and coffee, as well as a laundry room on the floor.



An extra bed or a baby crib can also be provided upon request, as long as you let us know before your arrival.



In short, everything is set up to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!



The Neighborhood:

Quebec City has two main areas that visitors often explore. The first is **Old Quebec**, the historic district that everyone wants to discover. Originally, its fortifications were built to protect the city from the British, but today, they seem to keep the tourists in instead! ;) This area is absolutely beautiful, and you’ll love it, although it is very tourist-oriented. It’s also the perfect place to pick up an “I LOVE QUÉBEC” T-shirt.



The second area, and the one where this accommodation is located, is **downtown**. Just a 10-minute walk from the historic fortifications, it offers a much more local experience. I highly recommend staying here! You’ll have the opportunity to experience the city alongside local residents.



Saint-Joseph Street is a lively commercial street where you’ll find everything you need without ever having to use your car: a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, nightlife, grocery stores, pharmacies, and much more. **Everything is within walking distance!**



Getting Around:

You won’t need a car here, as everything is within walking distance. If needed, the public bus system is also very efficient and convenient for getting around the city.



Other Things to Note:

The accommodation is located on the first level of the building and there is no elevator. You will therefore need to climb one flight of stairs.



Please note that air conditioning is available only from June to mid-September.



Noise risk:

The property is located on a busy and touristy street.
