Lobo, Bosch y electrodomésticos bajo cero en una gran cocina abierta totalmente equipada diseñada por Roy Yamaguichi de los restaurantes de Roy.

Our family had a fantastic experience! Everything was easy and well run, the included free parking was awesome, amenities were fantastic. We expected to drive around to other areas but had such a wonderful time in the beautiful pools, hot tubs, and beaches that we ended up staying on site most of the time! The house is great, roomy, and in great condition. Everything was well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards. We loved the double doors opening on the patio and enjoyed many meals on the patio. We’ve stayed at the nearby resorts in the past and this experience was much better due to lower crowds, better room quality and space, plus the included parking. We did not want to leave! It was the perfect option for young kids.

We really like the Ko'Olina Beach Villas. This unit had some strange furniture (a futon rather than a comfortable sofa). Overall, it was everything we needed.The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area is really nice. And their new fitness center was phenomenal.

Clean and tidy but needs a new washing machine it is extremely mouldy and the smell from it affects the whole apartment. Location was fantastic would definitely stay again.

We loved both the apartment and the location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Pools are excellent and the beaches and coastal path are beautiful. The shopping complex, which is just a short walk away, has a number of decent restaurants, as well as a convenience store, coffee and souvenir shops.

Beautiful grounds very well maintained. The pool is perfect for my 8 year old who’s a beginning swimmer. He didn’t want to do anything else - pool every day. Beds are very comfortable including the fold out in the living room which we used. Buy your fish and meat at Costco. We used the grills by the pool several nights. They are cleaned each day. Parking space is tight- best driver has to park. But it’s close to the unit outside the elevator

Wonderful Ko Olina stay

We had a wonderful 2 weeks, with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The staff on site were all very helpful and friendly.Lynn the property manager was very helpful and even accommodated an early check in which was very nice.Plan to return!

Amazing

This was probably the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Everything was easy… from check in to check out. The location is perfect as we needed shallow waters for our little swimmers which the beach lagoon provided. I truly appreciated this units decor, it added to the Hawaiian vibe. I even loved how this unit provided a broom to sweep up (sounds odd but with the littles I often find this key feature lacking from rentals). The owners are responsive. Shane checked us in at the property and I appreciated that he showed us how to operate things inside the unit. The property itself is very well kept and has an amazing pool. I look forward to returning!

Great Oahu Location

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The communication with the manager was great and our arrival experience was outstanding as we were greeted personally and given a property tour. The unit itself was clean and spacious though could use a little paint refresh in some areas. We loved being right on the beach while still being able to use the pools and amenities. The property is about 25 minutes from Honolulu and less than an hour from most of the island This allowed us to get everywhere we wanted in no time at all whiles avoiding the congestion of the city. The only complaint I had was that the assigned parking spot for this unit is extremely tight between columns making it challenging to get situated. Just a minor thing. All in all, this is an excellent property highly recommended to all.

Great area with a beautiful beach! The Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked with plates, pots, etc. . The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon!

Perfect place to stay

I live on Oahu and was looking for a good place to have a staycation while also hosting my in-laws who were visiting. Growing up, Ko’olina was always one of my favorite beaches so I was familiar with the area. Who knew these properties are so beautiful! The unit was very clean! I gave wiped down all the counters and tables with sanitizing wires after checking in, and there was no dirt to be found on the wipes :) The kitchen was beautiful and I enjoyed cooking in it everyday AND it was stocked with basically anything you need! All beds were comfy, including the couch bed, and we appreciated how all the tvs had Netflix, on demand, etc. the unit was also furnished with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. We did see a couple huge roaches during our stay, but not bad considering we were only on the second floor and I know this part of the island has lots of roaches. As I said before, this unit was very clean :) Also, Shane was so nice and he was always responsive when we messaged him, thanks Shane! As others have said, you need a car when staying here. No restaurants or stores on the property, but the pools/hot tubs/beach are perfect, and Costco, target, Walmart, lots of restaurants, etc is literally only a 5-10 minute drive. There is also a bar between the pool and beach which has delicious cocktails and live music everyday around sunset time (except Sunday) We can’t wait to come back, and this may become our “home away from home” when we do staycations.

Quiet retreat

The villa was on the second floor and didn't hear anyone in the hallways. It was nice to have breakfast on the lanai or just to relax. The swimming was great both the pool and lagoon. We were walking distance to a store and Starbucks and right down the street from the paradise cove luau. We enjoyed ourselves very much

Wonderful stay in Paradise!

Very clean 2 bedroom apartment with high end amenities. Owners responded quickly to any questions and Shane, our greeter, made sure all our questions about the apartment were answered. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved it!

Thank you to.our host!! We had a great stay!! We recently had a fantastic stay at the Beach Villas of Kapolei near Ko'Olina, Oahu, Hawaii. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Shane, from the owner's property management company, met us at check-in. He was very welcoming and escorted us to our unit, showing us around and ensuring we were comfortable with everything before leaving us. Our unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the TVs were there if we wanted to watch anything, but the weather was so beautiful, we didn't need to! The lanai offered a view of a small, quiet parking area and the road leading into the resort. While early morning garbage trucks were the only significant noise, it didn’t bother us much as we spent most of our time exploring the island or relaxing by the pool. Although we only used the beach towels, the unit provided other beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, and more. The location was perfect for our needs, providing easy access to various attractions around the island. Two of our most memorable visits were Duke's Diner in Waikiki, and Haleiwa Joe's (and its Haiku gardens) in Kaneohe. We truly appreciated the peaceful and serene environment of the Beach Villas. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would absolutely consider staying here again on our next visit to Oahu.

This property is the first villa style property in 40 years to be located on the beach that's not a hotel type facility

It is very much less populated then Waikiki or other public beaches because there is NO street parking so people visiting is limited by the limited parking spaces

This property is also gated so the security is excellent

The four lagoons are totally protected so swimming and snorkeling is very safe and contains almost as much fish and turtle as Hanauma Bay

Yet if one wants the services of a city like hospitals and movie theaters etc and even the Waikiki scene, it's only minutes away

The master developer wanted to create a secluded, limited exclusive part of Oahu that is like staying in outer islands like Maui or Kauai yet be minutes from the city of Honolulu, Waikiki Beach and the North Shore
