Beautiful condo and location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed, and the location with the lagoon and pool was so perfect. We also loved that the condo felt very private and was very quiet both during the day and at night! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this condo in Ko Olina! The grounds were beautiful and it was definitely one of the quieter areas to stay on Oahu, while still feeling like a resort. Sofia and the property staff were all friendly and responsive and the condo was excellent and accurate to its description. We would highly recommended this property and would certainly visit again.

Beautiful condo in an amazing resort

This unit is even better than the pictures online. It’s a very spacious unit, well kept and has everything you could need for your vacation. Sophia is one of the most responsive owners I’ve ever worked with. We loved every minute of our stay and will likely rebook in the future

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. Eating breakfast out on the lanai as the resort wakes up is the perfect way to start the day. We would love to be able to return in the future.

Perfect place for a family vacation

The location was a little out of the way from some of the tourist sites, but that's what made it quiet and relaxing. The unit was well equipped with essentials for making meals at the unit. The grounds were well kept and beautifully landscaped, the pools were never too crowded to find chairs, and the view was spectacular. No issues with anything in the unit.

Serene stay at beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was super easy to book, the condo was clean and beautiful, there was a full kitchen where we could cook meals and a stunning lanai where we spent every night overlooking the pool, ocean and palm trees. My son’s favorite part was the assortment of buckets, shovels and beach accessories ready for us in the closet. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

This was a beautiful property. The condo and view were spectacular. All necessities were provided. Amenities in the complex were lovely. The mngmnt host was responsive when A/C malfunctioned and the owner credited us one night’s stay. A couple of cockroaches, but that is expected in a tropical climate. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful, very responsive host! fixed a whistling window and made sure all of our needs were met.

Wonderful stay in Ko Olina

We had an amazing stay in Ko Olina! The condo was great and the property was amazing - multiple pools and hot tubs and right by the beach. Beach was never crowded and the condo came with beach supplies (chairs, toys for kids, boogie boards) and a collapsible wagon to make it easy to get everything to the beach. And to end each day there were amazing sunset views from the condo’s lanai. We’d definitely stay again!!

Ko Olina Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay at KoOlina. This was the 3rd time we stayed here while visiting my husband’s family on Oahu. The 6 and 10 year old particularly enjoyed the ponds and lagoons. We adults appreciated the safe and beautiful environment. Shane, our property mgr was most helpful from arrival to departure.

Second Amazing Stay!

This is our second time staying in Michael's amazing condo in Ko Olina. This place really is a treasure. The condo is perfect, everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. The check in staff are friendly and accommodating and dealing with Michael to book the condo is a breeze. We actually wanted to book again for next year but it's already filled up!! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Amazing!

A phenomenal place to stay with top notch guest service! Stayed 10 days in June with a family of 5 overall an amazing experience!We landed early in Honolulu, coming from the Midwestbwe were tired. We were able to check-in early, after checking with the host the day of.The villa was exactly as pictured and described. The guest services staff were very polite and helpful. The parking garage is a little tight, but manageable, I would suggest backing into the spot after the initial unload. If any problems occured, the on site manager was quick to respond.The property is very nice with a wide variety of wildlife. The loungers on the beach side of the bar was the best place to watch the sunsets. I followed the path along the beaches a few times running in the morning, they are slippery if it rains be careful.Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would stay again.

Amazing Vacation!!!

This was my second time back to Ko Olina Beach Villas with my wife and son. Michael was great to work with and returned my emails promptly. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. The grounds are well maintained. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need. The staff treats you like family. There is a great bar at the pool for guest only. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. You can take excursions by boat at the nearby marina. This place does not disappoint. I highly recommend renting from Michael. We will be back next year.

Very good!!

Great spacious villa. Resort is fantastic in an excellent location. Check-in and check-out were easy. Parking was the only issue. Do not rent a large car and if you do be sure to let them know so you get a parking space that will fit your car. They are very strict with the parking. We got a few calls about the wheels on the lines, or a window left cracked open. They gave us a compact space for a full-size car. If you plan to stay in the area, you won't need a car. The location is great for taking walks to restaurants, local shopping and of course the beach. Parking issues aside, we would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular View

This was our fourth time staying at the beach villas in Ko Olina. Loved our lagoon and pool time as well as relaxing on the lanai. The unit was very clean, including the linens and bath towels Just a couple of areas that could use improvement: the beds were a little lumpy and uneven, so they could probably do with new mattresses. There was very little in the way of bathroom amenities. We have had plenty of shampoo and body wash in prior units as well as quality toilet paper. The toilet paper provided was very low in quality, and there was only a single use shampoo and lotion in each of the bathrooms. I realize that as guests we need to provide much of our supplies however what was there was only enough for one person on one day. A couple of black washcloths would be good for those of us who wear make up as we would not want to soil the white ones. On a separate note, Shane was very responsive to our needs in regard to putting our luggage in the unit as we arrived early. He also delivered our keys during our lunch across the street and was always available when we called with questions.

Amazing View and Location

The Ko Olina area of Oahu is beautiful and this unit provided the most affordable, convenient and spacious option if you want to stay there. I appreciated the layout, space, having a very efficient kitchen and the property grounds are also very well kept. The unit itself is older than you would think based on the photos, but I would still rent there again in a heartbeat. One major disappointment is the quality of the cleaning. The shower doors/toilets need a good scrub down (could be done with the right products), there were easily wipeable dirt marks around all the light switches and walls, and there was someone else' s hair in the shower drain. If I ignored all of that it was a wonderful unit, even with it showing signs of age. The view is far better than captured in any of the photos and was amazing to wake up to (even with the unfortunate dry vacant lot next door). The beach items available to use were so helpful and in good condition. Bring your own bathing toiletries as they supplied very little for our party of 5 for 6 nights. They did supply adequate dishwasher and laundry detergent, which I appreciated! Also the host and property managers were very responsive.

Listing as described / Book with confidence

This is our 2nd time staying at the Ko Olina Villas Resort, and have nothing but positive things to say about the resort. The challenge is to find the right unit to stay in that suits your needs. Below is for the unit, not the resort. Pros: easy check-in, quick response time with host, responsive property manager, great views (9th floor) - you pay more the higher you go up, but felt 9th floor was high enough to get the amazing views without paying premium penthouse rates for a higher floor, well-stocked with pack and play, wagon (!!), and beach gear - sand toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear. Overall unit is as described in listing and photos. Book with confidence. Below are neutral observations, none are deal breakers, and still giving 5-stars overall, but sharing if it helps others when deciding between listings, kitchen has all the essentials you'll need - but did not carry any of the "extras" (e.g. no kid friendly plates/utensils, no blender, only 1 cutting board (that I could find), no indoor vs. outdoor lanai friendly plate settings). There also wasn't a "welcome basket" - we had no coffee the next day, so would recommend picking up coffee and bottled water prior to checking in (if you're like us and don't plan on leaving the first day after traveling all day), otherwise you might need to make a run last minute.

This villa holds so many amazing memories. This was my family's vacation home when we would come visit Hawaii. I would spend all day going back and forth between the lagoon and pool. We would finally come upstairs for dinner while we watched the beautiful sunset right from our cozy kitchen. I moved to Hawai'i at 15 and lived at this condo while I attended high school where I would take advantage of the fitness center and jacuzzi while I played high school volleyball. I then became a surf instructor and taught people how to surf from a beach thats only 15 minutes away! I recently just had a baby and spent the first 8 weeks at this condo with her. We went on morning walks and enjoyed the live music on the weekends. It is such a beautiful place with so much to do, and I hope you create life-long memories here just as I did.

It is peaceful with world class amenities. Beautiful pools, koi pond, ocean front walking path, beach, workout facilities, sauna, hot tub, beach bar. Easy drive to Costco, Target, several nice shopping centers, theaters. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. I will give you my favorites when it's getting close to your arrival.
