Shady Ridge Lodge is a beautiful cabin with everything you could need for a mountain getaway trip. Take in the wooded surroundings while grilling for the whole family. Everyone will love a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub. As the sun goes down at the end of a long day, cozy up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV or play pool with your family in the game room. This cabin has everything you need to make this trip the best one yet! This Asheville cabin is located in Waynesville and is approximately 34 minutes to downtown Asheville.

Important Property Notes
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• Heating at Shady Ridge Lodge is controlled by a heat-pump, a very efficient and environmentally friendly heating method. That being said, during colder winter nights the downstairs of the home may be cooler than anticipated due to the system's positioning within the home. Please use fans available to circulate the heat. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. Your reservation requires a pet fee of $150 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
