The Space:

Welcome to Palm Views at Sports Village, a spacious retreat designed for comfort and fun in the heart of St. George, Utah. This recently renovated condo offers nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of living space with plenty of room for families and groups.



The open-concept layout features tall ceilings, natural light, and a welcoming living room with a large sectional sofa and a 65” smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, modern appliances, and all the essentials for cooking meals together.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed:



Master Suite – King bed with private en-suite bathroom



Guest Bedroom – Queen bed with nearby bathroom



Bunk Room – Three twin-over-twin bunks, plus a queen sofa sleeper with private bathroom



Step onto the private balcony to enjoy mountain views overlooking the pool and tennis courts, or take advantage of the resort-style amenities right outside your door. Sports Village offers 2 pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a clubhouse with activities for all ages.



Palm Views blends comfort, convenience, and location—making it the perfect home base for your Southern Utah adventure.



Guest Access:

Two pools, two hot tubs, kiddie pool (one pool with hot tub for adults 18 and older), two tennis courts, 1 pickleball court, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, beautiful walking paths throughout the complex! Inside the spacious clubhouse where you can borrow everything you need to play (basketballs, tennis rackets, ping pong paddles, etc.) are a work-out gym, racquetball courts, ping pong, pool table, Foosball, air hockey, and even an indoor miniature golf course!



Getting Around:

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.



Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.



St. George is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utah’s iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:



Zion National Park – 1 hour (40 miles)



Bryce Canyon National Park – 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)



Grand Canyon (North Rim) – 2 hours 30 minutes (120 miles)



Las Vegas, Nevada – 1 hour 45 minutes (120 miles)



St. George typically enjoys mild winters and hot, dry summers. If you're planning to visit higher elevations like Cedar Breaks or Brian Head, be prepared for winter driving conditions in colder months.





Free parking is available on-site, and most major attractions in and around St. George have accessible parking as well.

Great St George vacation

We enjoyed our time at this VRBO and loved the view of the pool and other amenities. We enjoyed the Pickleball courts, the pool, and jacuzzi. Location was excellent- close to great restaurants and downtown and not too far from the Little Valley PB Complex. Spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults.

Great place and location, roomy

Loved the layout, loved the room with bunkbeds, overall great stay. Kitchen needed more glasses and freezer didn't freeze very well, but overall was great.

Spacious and Fun

The sport facilities were fun and close to the room. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but overall, it was a spacoius, fun place to stay with a family.

A good getaway

We love staying at this complex. This property was a great place with the space available for our group to hangout, play games and accomplish daily needs. The host was so kind to suggest places to go in the area.

Perfect for Large Groups

This property makes great use of space. We were able to comfortably have 12 people stay here. The athletes really enjoyed it because they could all stay together in 1 room. Would definitely look at staying here again if we bring this large group again.

Perfect place for a group

I brought my 9 granddaughters and 2 daughters, to see a Tuachan play. This place was perfect. Plenty of room, pool was close and could be seen from balcony. It had lots of space, with plenty of beds and sleeping areas. We had a great time and I would recommend this place for your stay.

Good experience

We had an enjoyable stay. The property had plenty of room and the location had activities for just about anyone of any age to enjoy. We hiked and visited several of the surrounding areas and returned when the temperature was over 100 degrees to play in the pools and stayed cool with the activities in the clubhouse.

Great complex and close to mountain biking trails!

Great condo with plenty of room for multiple people and a very quiet area. The use of the pool and sports facilities was delightful after a day of mountain biking on the local trails. We really enjoyed the close access to the local trail system. Definitely bring your bikes inside to store them as there are issues like any city.

Grand Canyon trip

St George. Zions and Grand Canyon were wonder. Location of Condo was great but unfortunately the rental was filthy. Bedding and towels were clean but we had to clean it up the condo to feel half way comfortable staying there.

Excellent vacation home

We booked a family trip to Tuacahn in the heat of the summer and this was the perfect place to fit us all. I appreciated that there were all the amenities we would have had at a hotel with the convenience of a house to gather in. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was super easy and it's close to stores and restaurants. Loved the pool! I think my only complaint was the master shower had terrible pressure, but the other bathrooms seemed fine. Would definitely stay again!

Escape to sunshine

We booked a last minute trip to sunshine! The property was wonderful and the manager was super quick to respond when we arrived and there was no pack n play (she had one delivered within an hour). Our only disappointment was that the pool is closed for construction (bummer). We may have booked elsewhere had we known but the condo itself was great!

2nd stay just as good as the first

When we planned a trip to St George for a marching band competition, we immediately looked into this property for a 2nd stay. We had young kids Wyeth us that wouldn't be going to the competition and this gave them a great place to swim and play at the clubhouse and have a kitchen to make food instead of eating out. Still wish the water pressure could be fixed in the shower but that's my only complaint.

Perfect condo! Clean, lots to do, great host!

We have stayed at the Sports village four years in a row now and this has been our favorite condo to stay at. The three rooms were perfect for our family. It was updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of towels and stuff. The pool and hot tub and clubhouse are our families favorite. Part of the great experience was the host. They were awesome to work with replied quickly! We will definitely stay here again!! Loved it!

Family reunion

It was a great place to stay.. we had so much fun.. would have like more towels and no wash clothes in two upstairs bathrooms.. One bar of soap for all the bathrooms. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We did need to go get trash lines for kitchen because we could not find any and there was not one in the trash can.. Next time we would like to stay longer because there was so many fun things to do!

the property we got was not the one pictured or the address we were told. We kept trying to get in the one we were sent to with the number they sent us and it wouldn’t work. Luckily I called the help number 15 minutes before they were done for the day. The acted like I was stupid but did tell me where thy had us. The place we stayed was very nice.

Checked in , kitchen sink was leaking , underneath was wet . Tried to contact property manager several times , no response. Emailed , texted , nothing . There was a huge stain on one of the pillows on the bed , left me very disgusted and questioning all of the cleanliness of the home .

Great condo, but we had issues

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo. Perfect size for our family of 7. Great location. Great pool and other outdoor activities right behind the condo. It was really (visibly) dusty (w/ junk: incl toy and sock!) under the furniture and on bathroom accessories. There was no hair dryer. The refrigerator stopped working on day 2. The TV didn't work when we got there. There were a couple chipped glasses and bowls. The iron was unusable! Gunk had been burned onto the surface previously. Sigh... Management did respond very quickly to resolve most of these issues.
