Cozy & rustic cottage, close to North Conway & Storyland, perfect for families!

This cottage is a perfect basecamp for all of your summer mountain activities!

North Conway, with many shops & restaurants is just a mile away and StoryLand is only 15 minutes. Plus there are endless hiking and walking trails within minutes of the front door.

After your busy & fun day, you can share stories around the fire pit or play games together in the large family room.

This sweet cottage has a large, open living room with hardwood floors, fireplace, kitchen (with a brand new stove!), dining area, full bathroom with bathtub and sunny family room stocked with lots of puzzles and games, a large Connect4 game and a foosball table.

Two bedrooms with new beds. One has a Queen bed and a half bathroom; the other also has a Queen bed. There's an additional little alcove room with a bunk bed.

This is our fourth (possibly fifth?) stay and we keep coming back because it’s the absolute perfect winter getaway. The house is cozy, clean, and has a great layout. The host goes out of her way to make you comfortable - she has great recommendations about things to do, responds quickly, and will even stop by if you need something. Lots of kitchen stuff if you like to cook! It’s close to skiing, sledding, and great places to eat out - what else could you want?!

This is our second stay here. Great location. Suited our needs. Only con (personal preference) is the bed is hard. And would like blinds on the windows for darkening. Would stay again.

Our stay at this North Conway Vrbo was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, and had everything we could possibly need—and then some. The location is unbeatable: close to town, shopping, and restaurants, yet peaceful and tucked away enough to truly relax and enjoy the mountains.The space was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for comfort, whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or winding down after a long day of exploring. This is an older property, but it was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well equipped, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and plenty of dry firewood for making fires. We've stayed at several vacation homes through VRBO and this was by far the best equipped. Our hosts were communicative and got back to us quickly when we had a question or needed something. The location was ideal for hiking in the White Mountains and there were several excellent restaurants and outdoor recreation shops nearby. We would stay here again.

Perfect stay!

What a cozy, comfortable, clean cottage! We stayed here for a ski weekend, and we found it to be a wonderfully restful place to spend the weekend. The hosts are extremely welcoming, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay

Had a great stay in North Conway. The house was clean, kitchen well enough stocked, and, as a bonus, had a ton of board games making for some fun family evenings (I crushed my kids in Monopoly). Would definitely go back!

Good but there were some dilapidated sheds on the property and the bulkhead wasn't sealed. Great location and overall good rental and clean.
