There are 3 parking spots on the right side of the driveway. The driveway is shared by the adjacent townhouse so please be respectful of their space and do not block the driveway.

The house is equipped with central heating.
Cooling:
The first floor bedroom has a split AC. Bedrooms on the second floor have portable AC units during summer months. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
