Branson Oasis (entire home)

NEW CONSTRUCTION - coveted Branson Cove. The most ideal Branson vacation destination location available. Closest lake front property to world renowned big cedar golf courses, including Tiger Woods’ only publicly available course in the US, Payne's Valley. Minutes from "Branson Landing", Silver Dollar City, 200 yards away from the entrance to the State Park Marina. Within 15 minutes of every major Branson amenity or destination and lake views!

5 bedroom suites, all with their own full bathroom. Kings in four of the rooms and a bunk room with a queen and 3 XL twins. Top bunks are not suitable for very young kids. Daybed with trundle in one of the king rooms. Main living with large sectional and beautiful gas fireplace. Upstairs living has wet bar, pull out couch with memory foam mattress, and walks out to lake view upper deck. All new construction, large smart TVs in every room and Branson Cove amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, park and trail to water.

Indoor pool for all year round swimming option. Playground, pickle ball courts and fireside common space will all be fully constructed by 2023

Home will be handicap accessible with front door on the same grade as the street. Bedroom 2 on main floor has wider doors and and walk in shower with rails.

We include a few box fans at the house and recommend a sound machine for small children.

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate traveling with so many people and 2 of them needed handicap accessible amenities! Kyle was great to respond quickly anytime I messaged him with questions! We hope to stay there again next year!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed this property. The house is beautiful, the pool is literally right out the back door, and the location is great. The owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Perfect for family gathering

We had my parents (elderly) and four siblings & spouses (all grown). The house was open with plenty of space to move around, plus each of the five bedrooms provided privacy and a private bathroom. The house was so clean and supplied with the essentials. Loved the 10 person kitchen table! Also, received detailed info about the house before we arrived, which all the families appreciated! We will absolutely have future family weekends here.

Wonderful Way to celebrate our Anniversary!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots to do and see. The property was great with plenty of room for all of us. It was hot and the pool was refreshing. It got a little crowded by the weekend, so maybe another out door pool would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Two nice pools, close to State Park Marina and great lake access. House kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Kyle was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Nice neighborhood, and house was great as far as going in and out no steps. Perfectly located by the pool. Nice and clean. Kyle was a excellent host. Will definitely go back.

We had been looking for years for a rental property that was lake front and near all of Branson's amenities. This location does that and the community will have wonderful on site amenities in a nightly rental community. Indoor and outdoor pools (completion Winter '22 for indoor, Spring '21 for outdoor), splash pad (completion date TBD) and a lakeside park (completion date TBD) are all part of the community property.
