Beautiful 1 bedroom 2nd floor oceanfront condo just steps from the beach. Private balcony has amazing ocean sunrise views! Best location in Sea Cabins - close to beach! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen - everything you will need. 55" Flat Screen in living room and New flat screen in bedroom. Free Youtube TV, Nflix, HBO, Show, Max, and Prime included along with WIFI and DVD!

Gated access to the beach and a private fishing pier for Sea Cabin guests. Beautiful swimming pool with separate kiddy pool.

The condo was super cute and absolutely stocked with everything, even condiments which was nice to not have to buy!! I loved that the towels and linens were soft and smelled good!! The location was great!!

Amazing location, will come again!

The owner was very communicative and responded quickly with any questions we had. The place was PERFECT; super clean and everything smelled amazing! It was the best location and we will definitely be back!

Great stay with full amenities

This is the first time that I stayed somewhere where felt like it was used regularly by the owners and they wanted it ready to use when they were there. This was beyond what I'm used to and it also made me feel like I was welcomed into someone's home away from home.There were snacks waiting, stocked K-cups for the Keurig, shampoo and soap, sun screen, chairs for the beach, ice in the freezer, condiments and nice touches like the scented oil in the bathroom. The shower head has a hose, etc.. etc..The TV had a number of streaming subscriptions. The porch table and chairs were comfortable and not weathered. The door lock was quiet and auto locked after a little while.Overall it feels comfortable, lived in and welcoming rather than sterile. It's also in a convenient location with quick access to the beach.

Cozy condo with great view

Stayed for 3 nights for a wedding on IOP. Condo has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean; easy access to the beach and pool; comfy bed, balcony with table and chairs for 2. It's quiet and perfect for single, couple, or people with small kids (The bunk beds are in a cut out in the entryway - out of the way for traffic, but right next to only BR so teens might not be thrilled, but YMMV.) Well stocked bath and kitchen; speedy communication with good recommendations for dining and recreation. I'd also suggest a visit to CawCaw Interp Center, about 40 minutes south: great birding, peaceful walk, and important history. Thanks, Glenn!

Relaxing

Wonderful per the usual. Glenn is a rockstar and was very responsive when we had questions. Property is perfect for the two of us - and we appreciate being able to make meals at the condo vs having to eat out all the time. The bed is comfortable. Several “complementary” items provided. We will be back, lord willing and the creek don’t rise. :)

Wonderful beach getaway

Glen was a great host. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The coffee and snacks were a nice touch! The location is wonderful and the view of the ocean from the deck was my favorite part. Easy and quick direct access to the beach!

Great Location and Ammenities

We stayed 5 nights with my husband and 2 sons. We had plenty of space, the boys loved the bunk beds and the mattresses were quite comfy. Place was clean and updated and came fully stocked with sheets, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, toys and fishing gear! Also a nice plus was many of the condiments needed to make lunches were already in the fridge. Came well stocked with plates, cooking gear and utensils. View from the balcony was so nice and the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a day on the beach. Harris teeter was very close for groceries and many great food options are within walking distance. Pool was also very nice. There was a shared laundry room near the pool which was convenient to be able to use mid way through the week. It accepted apple pay so no need for quarters. Overall had a great time and would stay there again.

The location was great. The cabin was even better it had everything you could possibly need. For someone who doesn’t go to the beach very much having all the beach essentials right in the cabin worked out very well! Communication with Glenn was also amazing thank you for accommodating us! It was very much appreciated. 10 out of 10 Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation this week! You can’t beat the location - the walk to the pool, the beach and the pier is so convenient. We loved sitting on the patio, as well. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. Glenn is a wonderful and gracious host - he was readily available for any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again. This cabin was very clean and safe. It had everything that you need and then some. The area was great for eating and shopping. It is an easy drive into Charleston as well. Property manager was helpful and kind.

Amazing Trip

The location of this condo is absolutely the best on Isle of Palms! You are steps from the beach & pier, as well as walking distance to all of the establishments that are located right in the heart of IOP. The condo was equipped with everything you need for the beach as well as fishing on the pier. Everything we needed to cook our meals as well as condiments & seasonings. They also provided K cups for the Keurig, waters & chips, popcorn, etc. Overall just an amazing stay for almost 2 weeks!!

Beach timee

We had a wonderful time. View from the balcony was great. Steps to beach and private dock for fishing. Shops and restaurants nearby. It was just perfect for a mom and daughter trip. We came home to the first snowstorm of winter but we were smiling from our experience. The condo had everything we could need or want.
