The amazing Navarre Beach Regency #212 ("The Sandpiper"), is a beautiful and updated 1520 square foot condo and is not your typical rental unit! Our unit features 9 foot ceilings and tiled floors throughout, except for carpet in the 2 spacious bedrooms. Our unit is a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a huge 30’ x 9’ balcony overlooking the famous clear emerald waters of Navarre Beach.

The spacious master bedroom has updated furniture, remote control shades and a king size bed! Mirrored doors open into the closet with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. Ceiling to floor and wall to wall sliding glass doors showcase the clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The newly updated master bath has a large vanity area, along with a separate area with toilet and oversized tiled walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has a beautiful beach themed mural wall, with 2 QUEEN size beds, tv and large mirrored closet doors. The updated guest bath has a large vanity, with a separate toilet area and a new tiled tub/shower combination with new sliding glass doors and is accessible from both the guest bedroom and main living space.

Step into the large living room, which also has remote shades, and floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding doors, which open to the large balcony (9' x 30') to provide awesome views from the living area. The leather electric sofa is so comfortable to stretch out on after a fun day in the sun and gulf! There are books for children and adults and DVDs for your convenience located in the living room.

Along with dining table and chairs, we also have 4 bar stools for ample seating and a window looking west over the emerald waters and white sand that makes Navarre Beach exquisite!

The beautiful updated kitchen is open to the great room with a great view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen ---- with 2 coffee pots---has all you need to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while enjoying the beautiful view looking west from the window above the sink. An abundance of cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful backsplash, along with new counter tops and cabinets. Off the kitchen is a large walk in laundry room with cabinets, full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner along with ample space to store coolers or other items. Four beach towels, along with beach chairs, sand toys, games and puzzles, are stored in the laundry room for your convenience!

Navarre Beach Regency offers fast, high speed internet (5 GHz connection) that is password protected. Charcoal grills are located at the east and west end of the building for your grilling convenience. Four high speed elevators each offer easy access to your own COVERED AND NUMBERED (W2) parking space, beach and condo!

Navarre Beach, located between Destin and Pensacola, remains one of the panhandles best kept secrets! It is nestled between the Gulf Island National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park. These areas protect it with undeveloped, breathtaking miles of white sandy beaches, free of high rises and crowds, which offers solitude and simplicity with its pristine beaches. Take a drive on our beach road, which runs from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach, through the National Seashore and is a spectacular 17 mile drive with the Gulf on one side and the Santa Rosa Sound on the other side. No words to describe the sunset along this route!

The longest pier on the Gulf is within walking distance and offers food, fishing, music and entertainment. Enjoy our restaurants, four of which are within walking distance, or sand volleyball games if you are looking for a competitive time! You can easily walk to rent wave runners, sailboats, etc. If you enjoy biking, you can bring bikes or rent them. Navarre Beach also has a biking/jogging path along the island with beautiful scenery on each side! Bring your wallet on your bike ride or jog, and stop at one of the restaurants for a meal, snack or refreshing drink! The local beach service rents kayaks, boogie boards and stand up paddle boards.

Navarre Beach Regency offers over 400 feet of Gulf front beaches and only 106 units spread over 9 floors, making it the least congested condominium complex on Navarre Beach. The oversized gulf front pool is heated to 82 degrees from the first week of March to the end of October, and has a large deck area with ample seating. Navarre Beach Regency offers an equipped fitness center with a TV for the use of our guests! There is also a full ramp which leads to the beach……no steps to struggle with your wagon or other items! On the ground level is a covered area for loading and unloading, with carts available, along with bike storage and temporary storage for your water toys, chairs, wagons, etc. All the convinces for a relaxing and stress-free visit!

Throughout the county there is an abundance of outdoor activities which offers a seashore trail, multipurpose trail, abundant wildlife and more! There is also the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station, 3 man made diving/snorkeling reefs and the Sea Turtle Conservation Center.
