Este hermoso condominio frente al mar te está esperando!

Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el quinto piso directamente en las arenas blancas como el azúcar y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Dentro de este condominio de 1770 pies cuadrados hay 3 dormitorios y 3 baños que han sido decorados con buen gusto en un rústico sabor costero. El plan de piso abierto incluye una espaciosa cocina con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, encimeras de granito, un rincón de desayuno con capacidad para 6 personas y vistas increíbles de toda la península.

La cocina mira hacia el comedor y la sala de estar y hacia la terraza de 360 pies cuadrados que da a la piscina y luego a las playas de arena blanca y al océano verde turquesa que esperan su visita. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y también hay 3 taburetes para asientos adicionales en el bar. La sala de estar puede acomodar fácilmente asientos para 6 personas para sentarse y relajarse por la noche después de esos largos días soleados para ver una película, un juego o un pequeño televisor en la pantalla LCD de 55 pulgadas. El sofá se puede convertir en un sofá cama Queen para acomodar a los huéspedes adicionales que necesitan un lugar para acostarse por la noche.

La amplia terraza tiene asientos de salón para 4 y asientos de mesa para 4 adicionales. La terraza / balcón ofrece impresionantes vistas de toda la península, que incluye el sonido, el puente, el muelle más largo del golfo, la piscina más grande de Navarra y, por supuesto, el océano. Hay tres excelentes restaurantes y bares a poca distancia del condominio. Entonces, si quieres que sea simple, relajado y hermoso, esta es la playa y el lugar para ti. Condo was exactly as advertised.. Chris was always quick to respond.. Loved sitting on balcony eating our meals and enjoying our coffee.. Beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the kids play in the pool!! Chris was wonderful!! Will definitely stay next yr!! Wanting to do a sibling vacation next yr and his place will be perfect!! Shopping and gas was close!! Love our stay here!! Thank you Chris!!

Very nice and clean unit, beautiful view of the gulf, own was very thoughtful by giving us all the info needed for the property and sending a text to let us know that the bridge to the property would be closing for traffic from an air show the day we were arriving so that we could plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach! This property was very nice and close to everything we wanted and needed. The unit itself was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for us. Very nice and big pool!

2025 Sisterfriend Beach Trip

My Sisterfriends & I have been to Navarre several times staying in different condos but this beautifully decorated condo is by far the best having direct access to the beach, a large refreshing pool & it provides all the amenities needed for a fun, relaxing week at the beach! This is our second time to stay here & we will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us!!!

Exceptional condo—great floor plan and amazing views

We had the best week in this beautiful condo. It was the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (and we are very picky). The views are amazing and the floor plan is great, with a huge primary suite and the bedrooms far from the doors so people can slip out to the beach or balcony without waking others. We loved the morning sun on the balcony. The kitchen is well-stocked—the electric griddle and crock pot made it easy to cook our own meals quickly to save money without spending too much time in the kitchen, and the blender was great for making milkshakes. Our kids loved the big selection of puzzles, games, and even play-doh. It was nice having the extra breakfast nook in addition to the dining room with great views from there too. The pool at the complex is huge and so nice, and the pier is just a short walk down the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Very pleasant stay

We had such a positive experience! This condo was so clean, great location, perfect floor plan. We loved that there were two beach chairs and umbrella complimentary, made preparing for beach time so easy. Loved Navarre and hope to come back one day!

Amazing condo!

Sure, here's a refined version of your review:---This condo is absolutely stunning! We had the pleasure of staying here during our first visit to Navarre Beach, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The breathtaking beach and ocean views were a highlight, and there’s even a closet full of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. We had no issues during our stay, and the owner, Chris, was incredibly accommodating—allowing us to check in earlier than the standard time. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and we had the chance to meet some lovely residents as we walked around the property. The on-site amenities are fantastic, with a great workout room and an expansive pool. When the weather turned rainy for a couple of days, the owner’s binder full of local attractions provided us with plenty of indoor options to explore. We can’t wait to return to Navarre Beach and will definitely stay in Chris’ condo again. If you’re considering this property, rest assured, you won’t be disappointed!

Even better than we expected!

Property is in safe and convenient location. Beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Family friendly area. Condo is spotless and well furnished. Kitchen has everything you need, including some dry staples like spices. The ONLY thing I would suggest adding is a hand towel ring for the bathrooms. I can't think of anything else that would have made the stay better. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect beach family vacation-clean and beautiful!

This condo fit our needs in every way-spacious, clean and had a lot of items to use like games, kitchen materials, loved the jetted tub, picturesque view from the balconies. A heated pool would be better for the winter months but we had a few warmer days and were able to enjoy the beach with pristine white sand. Our best vacation yet, thank you!

We welcome you to our home away from home. We are a Midwest family at heart growing up in the St. Louis area but spent 10 years in Houston Texas so we have some of that southern charm too. Our children are currently 13 and 10 and very active in all sports and they love the beach.

We chose Beach Colony West because the Condominium was new and Navarre Beach is much more relaxed compared to its Destin neighbor to the east. We found that when we go to the beach we truly want to enjoy the beach and have lots of fun in the sun. So we prefer to keep it simple and beautiful and that is what you get in Navarre - Beautiful beaches, views, sunrises and sunsets. If you want the hustle and bustle, Destin and Pensacola are a mere 15 to 30 minute drive away, so you can get the best of both worlds if you so desire.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Every room in this condo has fantastic views. In most condos, the living room and master might have a beautiful view, but this floor plan allows everyone to have their own private view of the Ocean or Sound, so a waterfront view is available to everyone. In addition, Navarre is surrounded on both sides by National parks that will protect the beauty and simplicity of its surroundings that we desired in our home away from home. Plus how can you forget about the white sandy beaches, some of the prettiest in the world. We hope you enjoy our fully furnished condo for your get away from it all.
