Lovely place. A bit difficult to find after dark, but we managed.. Also missed communication with owner regarding door entry code...had to ask VRBO to assist. Not sure how that mixup occurred. Unit was pristine. Well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms/shower towels and bedding. Decor very appropriate for location. We would stay again and would highly recommend Ace's Place.

It was awesome! Everything was perfect, not one complaint. I Travel a lot and this was one of the best, both the accommodations and the town. Highly recommend staying there.

Jet boat trip on Snake River

Property was what we needed to do a jet boat trip on the Snake River. Rooms were comfortable. Living space was clean and quiet. We were very comfortable at the property.

Home away from home

Ace's Place was SO close to everything in town; walk EVERYWHERE! The spacious bedrooms, dining and living areas made it EASY and felt homey! Also the amenities were top notch - kitchen utensils, bathroom features and appliances. Very impressed - we will DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you!

Close call on the bathroom

We are a group of women who come to town for tournaments. We were a little panicked when we thought it only had one bath. Luckily, there is a very nice half bath downstairs. The place was clean, comfortable and very enjoyable. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We will be back!

Ace’s Place is AMAZING

We had the best time at the well located and super comfortable Ace’s Place! It was a seamless entry to the condo. It was neat as a pin and felt so welcoming and cozy. We are a group of 40-something ladies who enjoy Riggins for Women with Bait and chose Aces Place from a prior stay with other family. We are so glad we did. Comfortable in every way and the fuzzy blankets on the beds were DREAMY. Thank you, Marie for the best part of our trip…your hospitality.

Aces Place in Riggins

We stayed at this property while we were fishing for the week in Riggins. The property was even roomier than expected. We had a slight issue with checking in that was resolved quickly. The furniture was very nice, everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen to make thanksgiving dinner, and we had room to play card games with our family. We definitely will rent this location again! Super close to everything you need in town and close to fishing!

Clean, Spacious, and Quiet

Nice clean spacious townhome. Looks like everything is newly painted and redone. Kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet location. Really need to follow the directions that are given to find the place. The sign that says Aces Place is a little hard to spot. The bedrooms are upstairs but very comfortable. Within walking distance (less than five minutes) to grocery store and some restaraunts.

Cozy and lovely

Beautiful little gem of a property manages to seem both roomy and cozy. Fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The mountains across the river seem breathlessly tall and catch both the sunrise and sunset. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Riggins getaway

The property is very nice and clean. It was just the right size for our group. The coffee pot is smaller than the one pictured so we didn't bring ours as we usually do. Had to make multiple pots. The description doesn't mention stairs which was a slight problem for a couple of our people.

Riggins Getaway

We were so impressed with how clean and perfect this place was for us. We loved the town of Riggins ID. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. We especially love this VRBO. The space is perfect centrally located and next to shopping and the river!!

Another great stay!

This was my second stay at Aces Place ( one stay at each end☺️) and I feel right at home while I’m there. The house has everything you could possibly need while we are there!

Hunting with a camera.

My husband and I have found Riggins a great base for taking pictures of wildlife. This condo is very nicely. There is plenty of space. Kitchen very thoughtfully appointed. Phone call to help get tv going was returned promptly. Recommend for small groups due to multiple beds in second room and very well kept surroundings.

Fishing

Was worried about boat parking but nobody was using the Legion Hall so it worked out well. Very clean and comfortable with a loaded kitchen. Could use a bigger coffee pot. ;) would recommend staying here.
