Newer 3 bedroom 2 bath with amazing river and mountain views. Wildlife daily and enjoy the view of the Salmon River. Close enough to walk into town and enjoy the local festivities or stay in either way this is the perfect getaway. Please remember all of our neighbors are full time residents or Riggins so please be respectful that this is their home and enjoy your stay ! We also have a 2nd 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin on this property that can also be rented if you need additional space

The house was amazing! Pictures do not do it justice at all! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have spent more time. We are already talking about when we can come back with all the kids. It was pretty cool to see the deer hanging out right outside as well!

Comfortable Riggins Home With Amazing View

I stayed in this home for two nights with two other work associates. The home was easy to find and the check-in process was easy. My favorite part of the house was the back deck with a sweeping view of the river and canyon. It was very quiet and clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely view of the river and surrounding area

This home was a great place for six adults to stay; we took a jet boat tour of the Snake River. All of us thought this was a lovely place as a base camp.

Awesome Rental!

8 Women stayed at the rental during the Women with Bait Fishing Tournament. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, it's clean and comfortable and close to town. Thank you Nicole! We look forward to staying there again!

WWB Weekend

This property was great! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable for 9 women and had gorgeous views! The only thing I would say is that while technically in town, it’s not in town enough to be able to walk to and from the restaurants. You could, but in February when it got dark at 6, it’s not doable. Don’t let that deter you from staying though! The host was incredibly responsive and eager to help out and answer our questions. We had a lovely stay!

Nice, clean home

The home seemed newly redone, it was clean, had plenty of space and was equipped with everything we needed! The views are spectacular! The ad does state there is a hot tub and we brought our suits but there was not a hot tub. The owners are really nice, communicated well. We would definitely stay again

Beautiful house

We had a great girls weekend in the house. The view of the mountains from the back windows was amazing. The shower in the master bathroom is huge!! The only complaint was there was no salt or pepper in the house and I didn't get check in details until the day we arrived.

Fantastic option for rafting HQ in Riggins!

Well kept and well supplied home. Overall GREAT place to stay for 6-10 people! So many awesome/soft blankets! Only recommendation- maybe some better/comfortable seating for deck.

Best stay in Riggins!!

I have been renting homes/condos for years in Riggins and this was by far my favorite home. So clean and beautiful, loved the open kitchen/living space and that balcony!!!! Such a peaceful view, Next time I'm bringing a cot to sleep on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the river!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay in Riggins

This is a very nice, new place up on the hill overlooking the Salmon River. It has plenty of room inside and out. The deck is a wonderful place to eat, relax and visit. We enjoyed our 3-generation Mother's Day weekend there.

Cozy house with a gorgeous view

This house nestled into a hillside was perfect for our stay at Riggins. It was comfortable, clean, and very cozy. We felt right at home and loved watching the elk and deer on the adjacent hillside. So fun! Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back in the future.

Riggins, Idaho women with bait steelhead fishing tournament

We stayed on the property for the women with bait steelhead fishing tournaments tournament. The house was absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. We booked back for next year.

When we found this amazing property we knew with just a look at each other this was our home.
