Al llegar nos sentimos bien.
Siguiendo este lema, tenemos nuestra casa en 2014 reformado y amueblado con amor. La Madeleine cuenta con una amplia sala de estar / comedor con una cocina totalmente equipada.
Hay 3 dormitorios con camas dobles.
Ropa de cama incluida.
El baño está totalmente equipado. Secador de pelo, calentador de toallas y toallas de baño están disponibles, el inodoro está separado.
La casa tiene un jardín de invierno que idealmente se presta a la temporada baja para relajarse y disfrutar.
La zona al aire libre y el jardín hacen el corazón de cada turista lata más rápido. La piscina con ducha al aire libre, tumbonas y sombrillas invitan a relajarse.
Disfrute de sus comidas bajo el olivo. Cocina al aire libre, chimenea al aire libre y una parrilla de carbón Weber es el compañero ideal para las noches de verano.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage ca. 100 Meter zum Etang und ca. 4 km bis zum Meeresstrand. Der Ortskern von Marseillan ist nur ca. 1 km entfernt, also gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. An der Ausstattung im Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die schwierige Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter. Die genauen Daten zum Ferienhaus erst 1 Tag vor dem Mietbeginn mitzuteilen ist schlichtweg zu kurzfristig. Vor allem nachdem ich Tage vorher um die Daten gebeten hatte, weil wir eben nicht erst am Freitag in den Urlaub fahren wollten, um am Samstag am Ferienhaus anzukommen, sondern bereits vorher uns in Frankreich diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen wollten und uns die Daten somit nicht mehr hätten erreichen können.

Lovely house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this lovely, well-equipped house. We couldn't have asked for more. We appreciated the air-conditioning and the pool, as the weather was fantastic. Information regarding the property and the area are mainly written in German. I would have liked more in French/English but Google translate via the excellent WIFI was very useful. Would recommend this prime property and location to everyone.

Beautiful home away from home

The house is wonderful inside and out. Very clean, extremely well equipped, especially in the kitchen. It's more of a home away from home than a basic holiday rental. Nice walk to the centre of Marseillan - apx 20 minutes. Lovely choice of restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Entspannter Urlaub zwischen Etang und Meer

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche unter dem wunderschönen Olivenbaum und am Pool verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und in jeder Hinsicht vollständig eingerichtet. Die Verwalter vor Ort waren standen bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Ferienwoche in Marseillan.

Only two bedrooms available, air con broke down

We booked this property because it is advertised as having three bedrooms. However, on arrival we were informed that there were two bedrooms available and that the third bedroom, in an uninsulated garage extension to the property, was too hot to sleep in. We had a look, but the third bedroom was indeed roasting hot and completely unusable. In addition, the air conditioning broke down for more than two days during our stay, during which time the entire property was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. We had to open the windows at night to try to bring the temperature down slightly but, because the mosquito net in one of the bedrooms was broken, that meant we all got multiple mosquito bites. On the plus side, the local housekeeper was extremely friendly and did her best to help us out with these difficulties. On return to the UK, we contacted the owner to raise these problems, but her response was to ask us why we needed a third bedroom for a family group of four. Having booked and paid for a three bedroom property, I don't see why I should have to justify my family's sleeping arrangements. If I knew that there were only two usable bedrooms, I would never have booked this property.

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie unseren Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Strand von Marseillan Plage ist traumhaft. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Little paradise!

Great little home with everything well thought out. The pool was a great size and not too deep for smaller children. Short drive to the beaches, and shops. Perfect 15min walk to the harbor for dinner. Really everything you need for a nice peaceful vacation. Could have stayed another week!

Très bonne semaine de détente

Maison agréable bien équipée, au calme avec possibilité d'aller à Marseillan à pied (environ 1 km) par un large chemin longeant l'étang de Thau. Pour aller à la mer (4 km) prévoir soit vélo par piste cyclable soit voiture. Accueil sympathique et bons conseils de la dame chargée de la remise des clés. En conclusion nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances

Excellent property with plenty of nice touches. Everything you need is here. Kitchen has all appliances. Quality of kitchen ware, glasses, the simple stuff was excellent. Host Manuela was so accommodating and welcoming. We would return to Villa if in region again.

Sommerferien mit Kindern

Die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen mit Kindern. Schöne, ruhige Lage, tolle Strände, cooler Pool, Bäckerei mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Wunderbarer kleiner Hafen für gemütliche Abende im Restaurant. Wer den Trubel mag hat den Hafen von Cap d'Agde und Marseillan Plage am Abend in nächster Nähe. Sehr nette deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort. Vielen Dank.

Great home with everything you need

This is a well thought out home, that worked great for us. The owners created a lovely home, and a great cooks kitchen, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there, including a welcome bottle of wine. The town is 20 mins walk away along a nice path next to the sea, and has really nice restaurants and shops. The beach is a 10 minute car ride away, or a cycle ride using the bikes provided. The third bedroom was in the garage, which looked a bit strange initially, but open the garage door, (electric) and the room is flooded with light and makes an excellent bedroom for guests who like a bit more privacy. I scored check in as 1, as we weren’t provided with any check in info and after emailing and texting the owner, assumed that we had been a victim of con, thankfully the owner responded to a message and asked to call the housekeeper. I should accept responsibility for this as well, as left it until the day of arrival to chase. All the information was in German, which meant that google translate was well utilised, but we managed well. And the books that are left were welcome in understanding the town. I feel like I borrowed a friends home instead of renting a holiday home, and treated the home with the respect it deserved. The little things like salt being provided, herbs from the garden etc make a real difference. A great house for anyone visiting the area, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Super verblijf!

We verbleven een week in deze volledig uitgeruste woning, vlakbij het schitterende dorp Marseillan. Er is aan alles gedacht, vooral in de keuken. 2 degelijke ligbedden aan het zwembad. Er ligt een map vol tips en ook Manuela die de sleutel gaf, liet weten welke de beste bakker is en waar je zeker moet eten. 1 van de 2 fietsen had een lekke band bij aankomst: die hebben we laten herstellen. Heerlijk om met z'n tweetjes naar het dorp te fietsen. Pezenas is een aanrader om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Een week was veel te kort en we komen graag terug!

Wunderschön, super Gelegen und sehr Freundlich

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und super Tipps zur Umgebung. Nur 10min zum Meer und 5Miuten zu Fuß ans Etange. Nur 1km zu Fuß an Strand entlang zum Bäcker :) Schöne Spaziergang am Morgen. Sport ist optimal, ein Trimm Dich Pfad ist nur 5 Min zu Fuß vom Haus entfertn. Wir wahren über Sylvester, auch zu dieser jahreszeit Wunderschön und super Klima

Ein toller Urlaub und Erholung pur

Wir haben im Juli drei wundervolle Urlaubswochen im Haus “La Madeleine“ verbracht. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und durch die sehr ruhige, traumhafte Lage, kann man seine Ferien in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Einrichtung sowie Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr durchdacht und bietet einen gehobenen Komfort rundum die schönsten Wochen im Jahr. An sehr heißen Tagen sorgt die Klimaanlage für eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus, die auch die Nachtruhe zu einer Wohltat werden lässt. Der wunderschöne Pool ist vom kleinen, mediterranen angelegten Garten eingebettet, der durch die Außenküche und Grill den Urlaub zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis macht. Auch der kleine Fischerort Marseillan hat sehr schöne kleine Läden, Märkte sowie Restaurants zum Verweilen. Die Strände sind Kilometer lang, sehr breit und das Wasser ist glasklar. Vorort kümmert sich liebevoll Frau Müller um Schlüsselübergabe oder andere kleine Ding die rund um den Urlaub anfallen können und rundet das Wohlfühlpacket “La Madeleine“ ab. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, wir kommen wieder.

Nach einer schönen Anfahrt entlang des Meeres und dem Etang, übergab uns Frau Müller die Schlüssel , zeigte uns alles, was für unserem Aufenthalt dienlich war. Sehr angenehm war für uns, dass Frau Müller deutsch spricht und wirklich Insiderwissen über Land und Leute hat. Keine Angst, auch im Winter, die Temperaturen waren um den Gefrierpunkt, lässt sich im Haus super wohnen. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, man merkt sofort, die Besitzer leben selbst echt französisch in Ihrem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Städtchen Marseillan bietet noch authentische Geschäfte für alle Waren des täglichen Bedarfs, und darüber hinaus. Die Restaurants im Hafen, aber auch die in den Gassen Marseillans, laden mit tollen Menüs zum Schlemmen ein, vorzugsweise natürlich Fisch, für Liebhaber von Austern und Meeresfrüchten geradezu paradiesisch frisch und noch bezahlbar. Für alle die bis jetzt nur im Sommer im Midi waren, nur Mut, Etang, Meer, Licht und die Pflanzen die jetzt schön blühen, nicht zu vergessen, auch die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen, sind wahrhaftig eine Reise wert. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Wohlfühlen von Anfang an

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in einem wunderschönen Haus in Marseillan verbracht. Es war alles so wie im Internet beschrieben. Man hat sich echt Mühe gegeben die Wohnung einzurichten. Meine Frau war von der Kücheneinrichtung begeistert. Sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine !!! Auch ein dicker Ordner mit Informationen lag in der Wohnung bereit. Die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe wurde durch eine deutsche Frau vor Ort übernommen. Leider waren die Wassertemperaturen zu niedrig um den Pool zu nutzen. Bereits nach zwei Tagen kam es uns wie eine Woche vor, gerne wären wir noch Wochen geblieben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vorbildlich, alle Mail’s wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns Pudelwohl !!!!

Mediterraner Chic, ruhig und strandnah

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht, das liebevoll im mediterranen Stil eingerichtet und mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche versehen wurde - ein seltener Glücksfall! Das Haus besitzt echten Wohlfühl-Charakter und man merkt im positiven Sinne, dass der Eigentümer vermutlich öfter darin lebt, was sich an zahlreichen Details und der Qualität der gesamten Ausstattung widerspiegelt. Herzlichen Dank! Marseillan ist ein netter, alter Fischerort und wenn man den neuen Urlaubsbereich Marseillan Plage meidet (ca. 2. km entfernt), kann man eine wunderbare Zeit genießen. Die kulturellen Highlights der Region lassen sich mit dem Auto schnell erreichen und man hat mit diesem Haus eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis. Das Haus ist auch für Kinder im Grundschulalter bestens geeignet.
