Quiet "back of the house" bedroom with tons of sunlight from the two large windows, which have cordless mini blinds and blackout curtains.

Bedroom #4 on main floor: Queen bed (1) with dresser, one end table and 24" Smart TV. Double panel wall closet and one window with cordless mini blinds and curtains. Modem is located in this room.

Full size bathroom #3 with tub/shower, full size vanity and hair dryer, shared by bedrooms #3 and #4.

All bedrooms have a luggage rack, and the beds have a mattress cover and include pillows and a comforter. You are welcome to bring your own bath and beach towels and sheets for the beds or go to wildwoodrentalsupply.com to order your linens and towels, as they are not provided.

Condo sleeps up to 10 people. No Pets, per the HOA Bylaws.

In addition to the large private rooftop deck and the veranda on the main level, there is also a very large "common area" rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks and a game of corn hole with the family on this spacious rooftop deck.

There is a full-size washer/dryer laundry room on the second level. An outdoor shower in the back of the building and storage in the semi-private garage. Beach chairs, two umbrellas, a cooler, canopy and a wheel cart are located in the garage, along with a full-size refrigerator so you don't have to carry your drinks for the beach upstairs.

GUEST ACCESS...
Enter through you own private entrance with a keyless pad. You will have full access throughout the condo and the garage area. There is also a second entrance through the back door, which leads to the outdoor shower in the back of the building.

During the week, children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Saturday and Sunday GUESTS must be over 21 ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: no outside food or beverage permitted. They are a liquored establishment as well as a restaurant and have servers available for ordering.
We take no responsibility while visiting the public pool and have no affiliation with Flip Flopz.

OFF-STREET PARKING: Semi-private garage on premises holds up to three vehicles (one garage/two driveway).

As your hosts, we strive to exceed your every need. However, if we missed something or you can offer suggestions to make it even better, please let us know. We will always make ourselves available day or night to address your immediate needs via cell phone/text/email. We expect your vacation home to be safe, clean and ready for your stay as soon as you walk through your private entrance.

There will also be a Welcome Guest Guidebook that provides detailed instructions on various aspects of the condo, how to use the television remotes, places to eat, local attractions, nearby golf courses, etc.
