Perfectly located in Waikoloa Beach Resort - Big Island! Close to all the best beaches on the Kohala Coast! Away from crowds...very serene and quiet.
This new and spacious 1 bedroom studio (sleeps 2) is located within a new luxury home subdivision called "Ainamalu" in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The studio is accessed via a separate and private entrance from the Main House. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay!
* comfortable Queen bed with luxury bedding.
* Marbled bathroom with 2 shower areas: both indoor and outdoor showers!
* living area enclave with comfortable sofa, coffee table, wicker rocking chair
* Smart TV with Spectrum cable and wifi internet throughout. Netflix sign on with your account.
* small kitchenette area: Bar refrigerator, microwave, dishes, blender, coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster. Great for breakfast and lunch. Many cafe's, restaurants available nearby for dinner.
* Separate parking space for 1 car next to garage
* boggie board, cooler, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs available for your use.
* Washer / Dryer inside for your use. Laundry soap provided.
* all furniture and decor of Designer quality
* Outside patio has two comfortable cushioned lounge chairs set in a lush garden setting. (not shown on the photos.) Also a fold up bistro table and chairs.
You will appreciate the close proximity to amazing beaches, adventure tours, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for a couple or single person.
We do not have a pool, but you have the ocean close by!
This is a luxury resort area you will be vacationing in, without the luxury price.

Excellent location on a quiet street the owner Cindi was very nice and made sure my stay was perfect. Great private outdoor shower and lanai. The air conditioning was perfectly comfortable. Excellent overall!

Very clean and beautiful spot north of the airport! The check in process was easy and simple, and Cindi was incredibly helpful. The space was beautiful and well stocked with anything we could need. She communicated fantastically and met any needs we have over and beyond! Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Property- Great Location

We had a four night stay and enjoy every moment of it! We could only wish that we have stayed longer. The property is perfect, great amenities, great location, and pretty much everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The bed and other furnishings were amazingly comfortable And everything was fantastically clean. I cannot wait to stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was a short drive to shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to the highway. It was a great home base to explore the island. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful property!

We loved our stay in the studio. It is very well stocked and maintained. The location is perfect for Big Island adventures. Highly recommend this property! Make sure you sit outside and gaze at the stars, truly spectacular.
