Casa Luna at D’TERRACE is a place that will leave you breathless imparting a serene experience, the perfect place for pure relaxation, and/or work/Zoom with high speed Wi-Fi, an outstanding upscale interior design. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from our rooftop terrace. Unwind in Infinity pool and jacuzzies, private in unit balcony hot tub. Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, one block from the Beach, Malecon/Boardwalk, fine dining, clubs are all walking distance. Good for couples, LGBT, families (kids), and pets.

Our Building is designed with luxury in mind. The Lobby, Rooftop Terrace, Infinity pool, Bar area, all the inside of Condos (furniture, decorations) are all luxury.
Our main attraction in our property is the Rooftop Terrace where you can enjoy relaxation with a delight swim in the Infinity pool with a magnificent view of the bay area and of course our sunsets. Spaces are created with nature integration in mind to maximize comfort. We strive go above and beyond with 6 day a week maid/cleaning service, Concierge services to arrange private transportation, private chef, initial stocking of the unit, even medical house calls if needed. Initial stock of shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and water to enhance your stay.

We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.
The Beach Los Muertos is 1 Block away from your building, also the famous Pier,
Malecon (Boardwalk) is walking distance. Restaurants and bars of all kind are walking distance also. No cabs/Uber needed unless you want to go off the Romantic Zone.

Delightful beach trip

Quiet location with friendly staff. Our host was very attentive to our needs. The condo was clean with comfortable beds. We could walk to everything-beach, restaurants, and shopping. we had a great stay.

Wonderful Place

I've stayed at several D’Terrace condos in the past and have always loved the stunning facility, breathtaking views, excellent security, and prime location. That said, this stay might just be my favorite yet!

Family getaway

Great location and unit!

Best of both worlds... quiet building and location but steps away from all the action! Clean, spacious unit with a private jacuzzi on the balcony or head up to the rooftop for a panoramic view. Only gripe is the water did not stay consistently hot. Derek was very responsive and highly recommended.

Great location, spacious and quiet condo

We(two couples) enjoyed our stay at the Amaapas condo. It sits in a great spot close to all the restaurants and malecon, but tucked away just enough to be very quiet. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed as depicted in the photos. We loved the roof top terrace with pool and hot and cool tubs. The view from the terrace was spectacular. Thanks for an enjoyable time!

D’Terrace luxury condo—a seven day stay

Thr condo, located in the Romantic area, was perfect for 4 older adults. It had a great view, plenty of room, all the kitchen appliances we needed for making breakfast. We walked to great restaurants less than half a mile away. Best of all was the pool on the top of the 9 story building. Fabulous views from the pool. Spent 2 to 3 hours every day in the pool with hot tub and cool tub. We are planning to reserve another week next year.

Excellent experience at D’Terrace

Derek was a fantastic host and his place is in a fantastic spot less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, the Malecón and great restaurants. The condo was well appointed and the mattresses in particular were spectacular. The view from the pool was breathtaking; we used it everyday and spent hours watching all the activity of PV. The building staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Derek’s condo to anyone traveling to PV and who wants to stay in the Romantic Zone.

Amazing property in Zona Romantica

Great location and close to all the actions. The apartment is very clean with all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Both the owner and property manager are very responsive to questions. We are especially happy with the daily maid service.

I've visited most all of the new luxury condo buildings in PV and I just love the rooftop sunsets, location of D'Terrace is close to everything yet set back and quiet enough to let you relax in quiet enjoyment if that is your goal. Yet you are just steps away from amazing restaurants, fun nightlife and amazing shopping in the heart of the Romantic Zone.

I have improved my unit to give it some luxury touches, and finishes. New chandelier in dining area, high end coffee machine, paint and art work will sooth your soul. Enjoy the patio dining area and bar with your morning coffee, favorite hot beverage, breakfast or evening cocktail or glass of wine while you enjoy the sea view for an amazing sunset. Your romantic private balcony jacuzzi awaits with dimmable lighting. For the more adventurous who want their own car you have a dedicated parking spot if you decide to rent a car for your local excisions.
