This spacious 1600 sq ft - 150m2 residence with quality furnishings is your perfect home away from home. After an eventful day, relax and enjoy the sunset on the balcony or on the best rooftop infinity pool in town. D’Terrace is a newly-built boutique building located one block from the beach and a very short walk to the top restaurants and nightlife - away from the noise at the end of a cul-de-sac. Relax. Refresh. Recharge. Repeat.

It was great the only thing is, our baby was not allowed in the pool and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time because we wanted baby to go in.

The wrist bands required throughout the stay were a little annoying but thats a minor complaint overall. The local host is very easy to communicate and friendly.

Nice, large apartment

We loved the space & location. Check-in process was accommodating & easy. Housekepper should focus on ensuring the apartment in cleaner upon check- in. Many human hairs around. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This location is perfect. Right in the center of everything. The onsite manager Jan, is amazing and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental. I will definitely be staying here again. Only negative is you are not allowed any guest day or night. Which meant friends had to wait outside while you ran inside to change or get anything from your rental.

Exceeds expectations!

Very comfortable, modern, clean, secure, and the views spectacular! We didn’t want for anything. Very walkable to restaurants, bars, groceries, beach, and malecon. Our group had two couples and a single. The second bedroom was as nice as most primary bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. We will be back here when we need a 3 bedroom condo again.

Annual vacation with friends

Wonderful vacation getaway at Casa SpaView! Loved the condo and it’s location! We were comprised of a couple and two singles, so the size was just right. From check in to check out we had an awesome stay! Hoping to return again next year!

Love it as it is a pet friendly unit

This place is perfect for our family because it is a pet friendly unit and we get to bring our small dogs travelling with us. It has a very nice view with a very nice and quiet swimming pool and hot tub at the roof top. The only thing that was not ideal was the water temperature, it is very hard to control, you have to wait for a long time for running the hot water. I have been using cold water for the whole shower because I was waiting for hot water to run for the whole time. And the unstable power supply, power stopped twice during our stay but it only stopped for a short while.

Birthday girls trip

This place was nice but our phones service wasn’t working and the wifi in the room was spotty. We were three girls and one of the door men was a little weird which made us feel a little unsafe in the building and the room bc the code to unlock the door was just the door number. Other than that the room was exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony and rooftop pool was amazing.

Best stay in the Romantic Zone

So close to the best of the beaches and food along the malecon. The condo is large and well designed. The rooftop pool area is huge with lots of seating and a perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Perfect VRBO!

Gorgeous property in a beautiful building! The place is actually more beautiful in person! Loved the design and flow of the unit and the balcony and jacuzzi was spacious and very peaceful. Check in with Jan was easy, informative, simple and he was very friendly and kind. This is the perfect place to stay and will definitely be back!

Great place, some upkeep needed

Nice unit, great pool on roof, good location. Only problem was a poor quality dishwasher (racks off tracks and seal in door out). I would recommend this condo.

Quiet retreat in the middle of everything!

This was our first year in this location, and it was just perfect! It provided a great, quiet escape for our family (including 2 kids) with great amenities and a beautiful rooftop pool. But, just a minute or two away we had the beach, restaurants, shops, etc and could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go! We've already recommended to a friend and plan to stay there next time if it is available!
