The stay on Chowen was amazing. The home is lovely and made my daughters recovery from surgery our home away from home. Stocked with anything you need and comfortable furnishings made this a great experience despite our circumstances. Thank you for your extra help Todd.. snow and ice and ice scraper!!!!! Cant thank you enough for everything.

Check-in and check-out were easy with very communicative owners. The rental was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked for basic needs including Keurig coffees provided. All was clean and organized. Upstairs neighbors were quiet. The house had many beautiful architectural details on a street of charming homes. This was the perfect location for us near shops and restaurants. Red Cow across the street was good for a family meal. The vintage shops and Jones Coffee at Xerxes were favorites. We also enjoyed walking at Lake Harriet and grabbing lunch at Bread & Pickle. We would choose this location again on our next visit!

July 4th Visit

A classic property meticulously maintained. Perfect location for visiting my mother who is in a nearby elderly care facility. Everything was great I'll be back!

Excellent Location

The location of this property was perfect and the listing is accurate in its description. The 4 star review is really based on the odor that exists in the unit. It is a musty wood - possibly cat odor that was evident upon entry every time. It really came out when showering, as the steam seamed to release it more in the bathroom. If you were allergic or sensitive it would pose a real problem. Otherwise everything was clean and lovely.

Excellent Location & Stay!

This property is just about perfect! We stayed the weekend in Minneapolis - this location has abundant free street parking, is in a safe/walkable neighborhood & is super close to Hwy 100 - where you can pretty much access all of the Cities in a short time. We will definitely be staying here again!

Annual visit to see family

If you’re looking for the perfect vacation house in the best location in the Minneapolis area, look no further. This was our second stay and I was thrilled it was available for our dates. This is a beautiful and thoughtfully furnished home for a short or a long stay, very clean, and situated in a lovely, safe Edina neighborhood. It’s steps away from all the things you want to do - great restaurants, shops, lovely walks, and Lake Harriet. This house is exceptional in every way. It’s the best home base when we travel from out of state to visit our Minnesota family. We hope to return same time next year. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

great location

The rental house is in a great, central location for many activities and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The house is clean with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the patio in the back yard too.

Great location, very clean, unique, ease of use. I walked every morning and no matter what direction I went I always felt safe and found something interesting. Loved it and would definitely stay when in town.

Everything was so thoughtful- not only is it a great location and the place was clean and tidy there were plenty of snacks, coffee, bottled water in the fridge. Hosts communicated just the right amount. It’s our best VRBO experience yet!

Great Stay!!

My daughter and I came to MPLS to visit family and friends. This is a great location for enjoying the lakes, the many museums and galleries in the area, and has a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The house is very clean and comfortable, and when we needed help with a lock, we got it immediately. I recommend highly and certainly would stay there again!

Great stay...

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful and accessible. This is a great location for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again!
