Amazing property that looks better than the pictures in person. Very clean. Host was super proactive and helpful. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool had great views. Overall a top property!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Bel Amour. The house is big and beautiful with breathtaking views. It is absolutely perfect for a large family trip. The location worked wonderfully for us as well- close to our favorite restaurants and a short drive to Orient Beach. Most importantly, Georges and his wife Sylvie are by far the best hosts we have ever stayed with- responsive, accommodating and thoughtful. Sylvie baked us a cake for a birthday we were celebrating and Georges dropped off freshly baked croissants one morning. Highly recommend this villa- we will be back!

What a lovely stay for 13 of us, ages 7 to 81. We could not have asked for a better experience from arrival to departure. Georges and his staff were the best! So helpful!!! He provided great recommendations for activities, chefs, restaurants, etc. He was very responsive before and throughout the stay.The pictures are exactly the house. It is very clean, has a nice layout and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were great.During our stay the weather was quite windy, but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool when not enjoying the island. There are also books, games, great wifi and a nice projector for movies or TV.Georges and Villa bel Amour made our visit to St Maarten!

Amazing Friends Getaway

We had a group of fifteen and our stay was phenomenal. The property is stunning and was equipped with everything we needed. Georges was a fantastic host and concierge and helped coordinate everything from transportation to private dinners to private catamaran charters and much more. His recommendations were impeccable. This property is fantastic for large groups who want to enjoy a relaxing time with all of the luxurious amenities of a resort but without the annoyance of crowds. We can’t wait to plan a return visit!

Perfect Paradise!!

We struck gold in booking this gorgeous home for our Caribbean vacation. The upscale accommodations were both classy and comfortable, and the views were simply spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for better communication with the property manager and owners, which made arrival and departure seamless and easy. Both went above and beyond what’s customary which greatly enhanced our stay. This magnificent home/property is unparalleled, and we would rate it with more than five stars if we could.

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely amazing stay! George and Sylvie (the property managers) made sure we were taken care of with any extra question or need we had. The property was beyond beautiful, pictures do not do the property justice! George and Sylvie (the property managers) were amazing with setting us up with transportation during our stay if we wanted to go out at night! The property is very peaceful and not too far from orient beach if you want a relaxing but enjoyable beach atmosphere with some lunch/drink options. The 14 of us would stay again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous house and view

This is an amazing house that is perfect in every way. We had 6 bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) and an huge infinity pool with a stunning view perched right on the Caribbean Sea. Location was perfect especially to experience the amazing French restaurants and beaches. George and Sylvie are amazing hosts who are respectful of privacy yet immediately available and responsive to any of our needs. She even made a delicious birthday cake for my husband. I can't think of anything to improve on. It was just perfect and amazing!!

Beautiful Week in St. Maarten

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa! This was our third time on the island and this neighborhood is our favorite area to stay. Close to the French side and a quick car ride down to Phillipsburg. This area is away from the hustle and bustle and we can unwind in peace and quiet. We spent most of our time outside by the pool when we weren’t out enjoying one of the beautiful beaches. When we left the villa, the housekeepers came in and cleaned everything top to bottom. The kitchen is stocked and modern. The bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous and the views were unmatched. Georges and Sylvie were the most kind and helpful property managers and we were grateful for their assistance. I would highly recommend this property because if any issue ever arose during your stay, Georges or Sylvie would happily resolve it so you could continue to enjoy your stay.

Fantastic home with fantastic hosts!

We were a group of 12 friends (6 couples) that stayed for a week at this remarkable property. We’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in many homes and this was the best to date. The pictures are an accurate representation of the home. We had all 6 bedrooms on the main floor and every one of them are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could need. The large table was enjoyed for meals and card games. We watched the sunrise every morning with our coffee and watched the sailing regatta from the infinity pool. We also want to acknowledge the incredible accommodations made by the hosts; we had some unexpected health concerns that prevented some of our group from attending and the hosts were remarkable in working with us. Georges was exceptional - ensuring we had everything we needed, coordinating drivers for dinners out and even bringing macaroons and fresh chocolate croissants. Communication was fast and clear. Really can’t say enough about this house and its hosts! A fantastic experience!!
