Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a relaxing 3 days. We enjoyed beautiful weather sitting on the dock and up on the deck watching ducks, geese and fish jumping out of the water. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The house was very clean and organized. It was stocked with two kayaks, a paddle board, a large variety of life preservers, and some fishing gear. The kitchen was well stocked and its location was conveniently close to Baltimore and outdoor activities.

Great location- beautiful views- we stayed here for the NASCAR race in Dover. The townhouse was absolutely spotless. The set up was perfect for our group with a bedroom and full bath on the main floor for my dad and other bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. We spent mornings and evenings out on the deck enjoying the view. Owner is a great communicator. One word of caution- do not rely on Google Maps as it took us down the neighbors driveway. Look for the house number on the mailbox. The neighbor was very understanding but I’m sure it gets frustrating when people drive up to their house. Will definitely stay here again if traveling through Baltimore.

Middle River Gem

We stayed for about a week at this property and were extremely happy that we picked this vacation spot! The home had amazing views of the water, was in a safe area, and was super family-friendly. Host was very responsive and helpful both leading up to and during our stay. The house had all the amenities that we needed with added touches of linens, soaps, beach towels, and even crab mallets! It’s the perfect place for families with kids (elementary and teen). We hope to stay here again the next time we are in town!

Amazing host

My family and I weren't able to actually stay at this property due to the property manager telling us the AC went out about a week before our departure, which my family really appreciated. He worked very diligently with me to ensure we got our full refund. He is a very responsive, upfront and honest host! Would recommend staying at any of his properties

Perfect

seven 1987 college graduates gathering for a reunion. We never left the house. Enjoyed the views: included eagle perched in tree on lawn, pier and sunset, meals on deck, ample gathering spaces for seven of us both inside and outside and kayaks and paddle board. Gordon felt like an old friend and recommended take away restaurant for outstanding crab cakes.Easy in and out yet quiet and peaceful setting.

Wonderful waterfront getaway

The place is fantastic. Beautiful views of the water, and the house is well-stocked with everything one might need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Gordon is a very responsive and accommodating host. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back in the future.

Fall break getaway

Beautiful view. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning. We also utilized the board games. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all necessary items to cook meals. We made dinner one night and breakfast each morning. My husband and daughter enjoyed fishing off the dock.

3 night stay w/ family & friends

Awesome spot for two young families (4A, 3K). Easy drive to local stores and restaurants. Plenty to do right at the house. Fantastic sunrise view from the back deck. Hot tub and ping pong 🏓 were a blast for our kids!

Great house on the bay!

Wonderful property right on the water. Great place for a family vacation. House was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Lots of extra touches like plenty of coffee, hot tub, kayaks and bikes to use! We spent most of the day on the dock just chilling, or fishing or out on the water.

Great little spot!

We had plenty of room for our family of 8. The weather didn't let us enjoy the outdoor activities and spaces that this house has to offer, which was disappointing, but you can't control Mother Nature! Having grown up in the area, it was fun to get to some of the local spots that have been around for years.

Beautiful and clean

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful and clean. The only negative thing I can say is there was a surprising amount of spiders on the patio. Otherwise, the property is wonderful.

Beautiful Property

The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely go back again. The only thing that we would recommend is that the owner removes the weeds and excess spiderwebs that were all over the outside stairs and walk ways. One of my girlfriends has a fear of spiders and she had a panic attack trying to walk down the back stairs to the jacuzzi because there were several webs and some had spiders in them.

Great place for a family vacation

Good setup for a family get together. 2 grandparents in big bedroom on the main floor. 2 parents and 2 kids in 3 upstairs bedrooms. Table big enough to seat entire family and a few guests. Great open kitchen. Big family room and rear deck have great water views. We enjoyed the kayaks, inflatable boat, and hot tub. Only downside: The main floor is actually up a flight of stairs from the driveway and backyard.

Wedding Prep Place and Photography

We had an AMAZING weekend here. My now wife and I along with our wedding party all got ready here and we did a first look and wedding party photos with the photographer at this property, it was absolutely breathtaking! We also enjoyed the weekend here with friends and family. We fished, we ate crabs, enjoyed the hot tub and watched the boxing match on the big screen that night! So comfy and clean and spacious.I would recommend anyone to stay here! Gordon, the owner, checked in with us asking if we needed anything and that he would respond immediately if we had any questions, so nice!

Bowleys Quarters Experience

Great place, views, amenities, location and host. It was clean along with having easy instructions to arrive and depart from host. We recommend highly for any type of vacation getaway as this place has practically everything. We'll definitely be rebooking in the future.

Play some ping-pong, take a bike ride, or relax in the 6 person hot tub/spa with a view of the water. Well equipped kitchen should have everything you need and plenty of seating for dining. Enjoy watching a movie, cable, or your favorite sports team on the Ultra-4k, 75 inch TV. Lots of fish and Maryland crabs waiting to be caught off your own private dock. Equipped with 2 kayaks and a paddle-board with oars and life-vests for any size. Bird-watcher's paradise and gorgeous sunrises. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.
