The pristine, white home blends magnificently with its coastal surroundings. It features four levels, seven bedrooms, and seven and a half baths. With such spacious accommodations, the home can host up to 32 guests, making it ideal for large groups. Whether you’re planning an extended family reunion, a destination wedding, or a business retreat, this home meets your needs.

The first level of the home boasts a fun game room and access to a private pool. The game room is great for all ages, as it features a wet bar, game table, and TV. When you’re done in the game room, head out to the patio and pool for some outdoor fun. There is a dining table, pool, lounge chairs, fire pit, and grills.

An open-living area on the second floor is where you will spend much of your time relaxing with your fellow guests. This room bursts with coastal vibes. Here, two cream-colored loveseats and a leather couch face a wall-mounted TV. An additional seating ensemble with four white armchairs and a coffee table sits nearby. Lightly toned flooring flows into the dining area, which features a hardwood table, ten chairs, a patterned rug, and industrial chandelier. The adjacent kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stool seating for five more. The kitchen also has stainless-steel appliances, a six-burner gas stove, large cabinets, and lots of counter space. From this level, visitors can access one of the columned verandas with outdoor seating. There’s nothing better than kicking back with your favorite cocktail and enjoying the sounds of the coast!

Each level of this home includes multiple bedrooms. The first level has two guest bedrooms with king-size beds and private baths, while a third guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. On the second floor, the master suite has a king-size bed, two blue armchairs, sunny windows, a TV, and a luxury bath with a glass-walled shower. The remaining bedrooms are located on the third floor. Two more guest bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite baths, while the final room is a cool bunkroom with four full-size bunks. Near the bunkroom, a bonus den features two queen sleeper sofas, beanbag chairs, and a flatscreen TV.

Finally, the fourth-level observation deck is a great spot to hang out with your family and friends and enjoy the outdoors, a refreshing drink, and good views.

In addition to the home’s living amenities, it is also conveniently located in Destin’s Miramar Beach. This means that guests are near a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and local entertainment. From discount shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets to recreational activities at Seascape Resort to seasonal festivals at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, vacationers can always find something fun to do. And, of course, don’t forget the beach is just across the street!

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
