This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom to ensure comfort and convenience for guests. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed, ideal for hosting extra guests or children. The Homeowner Association strictly prohibits smoking and bringing pets onto the property. Guests will face a fine of 200 per day for violating these rules
