Uzès on foot! Single storey villa with land, which can accommodate 6 people.<br>You will stay in a comfortable house, with air conditioning and tastefully renovated. A bright living/dining room with sofa and TV offers you a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, toaster, kettle. You have 2 bedrooms with kingsize bed 160, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet and 1 laundry/garage room if you want to store bicycles under cover.<br>A washing machine is also available.<br>Outside you will spend sweet moments whether on the terrace by the pool, or under the pine tree to read. A barbecue, garden table and chairs will allow you to enjoy lunches and dinners outside.<br>On the pool side, garden furniture, deckchairs are at your disposal as well as a lounge bench to sunbathe by the pool.<br>Guests can also park their vehicle inside the garden. <br>Optional cleaning: 100 euros/stay<br>Deposit: 800 euros<br><br>Ideally located, you are 2 steps from the city center (5 minutes walk). <br>You can stroll through its medieval streets, it is the best way to discover the many monuments of the city but also the many shops and art galleries installed in the old buildings.<br>In the heart of the city you will also discover the charming Place aux Herbes, its fountain and its unmissable market which is held there twice a week.<br>In short, a multitude of activities to discover in Uzès and its surroundings.<br><br>You are 10 km from the majestic Pont du Gard under which the Gardon river passes... in which you can spend days swimming.<br>It is recommended to have or rent a car to be able to fully enjoy all the attractions of the region.<br>You will have leaflets available in the house but we will of course be happy to advise you if you need.
