This beautiful family home is ideally located in the Saint-Michel district, opposite the promenade park, its playground and its skate park. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the city center is only 300m from the house and you will find all the amenities there as well as bars and restaurants. The excellent market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday, perfect for stocking up on scallops or tasting a sausage galette.

The house of approximately 175 m2 on 4 levels (ground floor and 3 floors), consists of a large living room overlooking the garden on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a master suite, with office and bathroom, as well as a laundry room, on the second floor 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet and on the third floor a large room with TV access, retro game console, etc
You will find all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, the laundry room is located on the first floor with sink and washing machine, etc.

Your vehicle parked in front of the house will always be ready to go to the sea. The expressway is easily accessible and the first beaches are a 10-minute drive away.

The TGV train station is a 15-minute walk from the house. You can reach Paris in just 2h15.

This house being adjoining to our very nice neighbours, we do not accept parties. It has several floors, it is to be taken into account with young children, however we will provide you with the necessary to come with young children: cot, bath.

For children or parents, many activities are possible during your stay, for example:
- Horse riding at the equestrian center of St Brieuc
- Sailing, at the Rosaires or Tournemine nautical center (kayak, dinghy, windsurfing, etc.)
